★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I had option to give less thn 1 star. Pathetic management, I was called for the interview for the position of supervisor and they gave me the time of 1pm, I was there at 12:55 and the manager (SALLY) went for her break and doesn’t even aware that she had to take an interview. After 30 mins she came and she doesn’t even know what to ask in an interview. She asked me availability (I had open availability), thn she said we don’t give 20 hours to part time positions and all, I said that’s fine I’m ok with it, and after that she didn’t even asked anything and said I will get back to you with the decision in a week. I didn’t got any email from them and now it’s been 2 months. Really unprofessional and the manager does not have any managerial skills may be sone kind of internal politics going on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just tried to exchange for a size up, but they don't seem to stock anything above a size 10. So I tried to get a refund for the gift I was given so I could purchase elsewhere, and was told this is not possible without the original card. On a gift! How can you have the original card on a gift? Left the store in tears due to being made to feel like a whale for being a size 12 and not being able to get a refund on an expensive gift, which is now going to waste. Horrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer retention doesn't seem super important to this company, unfortunately.
I purchased a Florence jacket on sale and it was delayed due to the flooding-- not the company's fault. I got my jacket, and unfortunately an animal of some kind chewed it before I got home and so the zipper was torn and unusable. I tried to email customer service, and they told me to go into the store.
I spoke to the assistant manager who couldn't do a refund, fine, no problem. She offered me 20% off a new one, which seemed fine. However, it was 20% off the current price, not what I paid. Overall a transaction that was supposed to be $75, would have totalled over $160 were I to take this offer.
This was my very first interaction with this company and it left a really sour taste in my mouth, after initially being very excited about my new jacket from a reputable Canadian company. This was my first, and last purchase from this company. I'll stick to Costco, where they take customer satisfaction seriously and care about retention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to recommend 2 employees of this store, Sally and Ada. I just call this store randomly for a Jacket which was out of stock, and somehow they arranged it for me. Thought I need to drive down to Langley from Vancouver but it was worth it. Full rating for their service and customer relationship. Kudos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to exchange faulty item after contacting the customer service number who told me to go in store to exchange the item and the lady at the store didn’t seem to be one bit helpful. she just said well it has to be within a year so I can’t help you… and I said yeah it has been and then she rolls her eyes and said you don’t have a receipt… I showed her my receipt and she looks at my item and says well our policy doesn’t even cover that… I then phoned the customer service back and they said that they do cover it and that I should have had no problem returning my item. I would not recommend going to the store the workers are very rude and also the store is a disaster half the time.(customer service number lady was really nice tho)
