I went in asking for Patagonia Hiking pants for my wife and they sold me 2 pairs in Men's sizing - when I noticed and tried to return they quickly cited their no refund policy. Pretty scammy and obviously sales staff appear to have no clue about their own products. I suppose i should have checked more closely myself but I just assumed they knew their own store...
