All the Sales associates at the Tsawassen Mills location are beyond kind & accommodating when I shop there. I personally now look forward to the shopping experience at this location because I’m guaranteed a pleasant stress free experience. I live far away from this store location but I personally don’t mind making the commute because their service is that phenomenal! They will go above and beyond to make sure they help me find the item I’m looking for and will exert all options as in checking other store locations or ordering the item for me online. For example, I received a birthday gift from Aritzia mid May and I tried to exchange the items in Metrotown in which they refused for no concrete reasoning, I had all the items intact with the receipt and it was still within the 21 day exchange policy, the manager was very condescending and stated for me to go to Tsawassen mills ( since the items were purchased from there) to see if they’ll make an “exception” for me to exchange the items, as I stated earlier I was following their policy accordingly so there shouldn’t be an “exception” given in the first place ( check my review on metro to understand the full backstory) I personally didn’t want to converse with the manager in Metro any longer because I clearly witnessed she had some biases against me so I left the store willingly with my birthday gift items. When I went to exchange the items at Tsawassen Mills the Sales associate looked at the items viewed the receipt and had no issues letting me exchange the items in store and neither did they once insinuate this was an “exception”. I asked the sale associate assisting me at the checkout for the Ganna jacket in black unfortunately they did not have the item but the sales associate insured me she would order it for me online and ship it directly to my house. I stated I wasn’t quite sure what size to get in which another sales associate on the floor overheard and even though this associate was busy replenishing the store ( she had racks of clothes on her arm) she willingly came up to me to assist me in which she opened up a room for me try to on different sizes of the ganna jacket so I could have the peace of mind of knowing what size would be the best fit for me. I had 2 sales associates working together to help me make sure I’m confident in my purchase, in which I was because of their outstanding service. This Aritzia store location by far has the best employees in regards to giving exceptional services to their customers, out of all the other locations I’ve been to I’ve never had this type of remarkable service! I 110% would recommend this location to absolutely anyone without a doubt!

An employee asked me to step to the other side of the till and told me a cashier would be with me shortly (bc the person at her till was placing an online order with her). A cashier never came and she let 3 people in front of me and get checked out. I had to verbally reminder I was still there before anything was done. Just overall a bad service. This was not the first time I found the staff to be just.. upsetting. Will not be coming back to this location.

We went here once and this nice, friendly sales name Anika (Don’t know how to spell her name) help my wife, daughter and her friend shops she was super nice and helpful. Update: Came back here again and Anika remembered us!! Even though we are all wearing mask and greeted us with a big smile with ‘Welcome Back’. She needs a raise or a promotion ASAP!

Some of the nicest Aritzia staff that I've ever talked to or been helped by. They seem to genuinely care about providing excellent customer service and really helping you find what you need (unlike some other locations - who provide differential levels of service it seems to be based on appearance and how you're dressed). When looking for specific items, not only did they actually help me find them in store, but also were able to tell me if they had them available at the other stores even if stuff was sold-out online. I even accidentally left my cell phone at the store last year and they had noticed immediately and already put it away. I was able to pick it up the next morning no problem.

Tina was extremely helpful, she went above and beyond to help me with my gifts, she even individually wrapped them for me. Very impressed with the service, will definitely return back.

As a husband I rate women's clothing stores on partner comfort. The sofas placed strategically in front of the dressing room main area is perfect for waiting in a shop like this. The much larger location at MacArthur Glen could learn from this.

Ryan was so amazing! He found the right sizes and colours for me. He was so kind and supportive of my decisions! I left being surprisingly successful shopping at this location!!

Went to Aritzia yesterday to shop around and left with a pair of sweat suits that were on sale. The store was disorganized and a mess. You don't see the employees cleaning up or folding clothes but rather chatting around each other. My biggest frustration with this location was the cashier who helped me (Cashier: 138104 according to my receipt). She was training someone and absolutely looked like she hated her job. The guy she was training was a lot more friendlier and approachable compared to her. Even though she was training someone, she did such a horrible job that she left the security tag on one of my sweaters. I don't live near an Aritzia and now have to wait until I'm able to go to one to enjoy my new outfit. An absolute disappointment!
