I will definitely be going back and asking her for help again the next time I shop at Tsawwassen Mills. I came here to buy a simple ski jacket and left feeling confident about my purchase, and grateful for her help. A little kindness goes a long way! Thank you Drilona!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is great, with quality products. The staff is horrible and uninformed or unwilling to help. I saw a back wall full of backpacks and asked the cashier if they had rain covers for backpacks. She immediately said " no ". Somehow I didn't believe her so I went to the back of the store. I found three of the rain covers that I needed. There was so much of them that anyone who walked the floor would know that they were in stock. When I went to pay, I said " It appears, in fact, that you do have plenty in stock." To which she replied "they must have just come in". She could have simply said "my mistake." I mentioned that it seemed odd that new items were already marked down, which they were. Either train your staff properly or do a better job of recruiting. I wonder how many paying customers are turned away? Or turned off. This store is somebody's investment. Shame.
