★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I walked into the store nobody said hi or came to tell me about what deals they had going on. When I went to checkout the man forgot a security tag, over charged me and didn't ask for my email for the loyalty program.
That being said I am happy with my purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good deals on clearance! But I went to return wallet - had to wait in line 25mins on Monday 4pm and two cashiers -.- and 3 associates on floor spying on some1 who think he’s attempting stealer but wasn’t , just shopper

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good variety of clothes and most things were on sale. Large, bright store and very Friendly staff , Manpreet was the one who helped us a lot with our selection and finding the right sizes. she was very sweet and knowledgable. Thank you Manpreet:-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large store, friendly staff, and now when I get my emails, from ck, I can get the 70% off that is advertised. My regular store rarely has any of these distressed items. Maybe this store will become the store that the staff always recognize me when I visit. Thanks for explaining my purchase options for that day and I noticed that every customer was given the opportunity....

Mainly due to management's policies and doesn't look like they care much either. So I didn't care much with this attitude and I ended up giving back my clothes that i already had selected to buy. Bad practice! It was my first in this mall/store; the other stores were more welcoming.
I must say that there one employee that was friendly that seems to be more customer oriented than the manager!
Also when I left it seems that another was also complaining with the manager and an employee...
I would have expected better service from Calvin Klein.

Second review: came back with more time and went on a personal shopping spree. Found a dress jacket from $400 to $120 and picked up some dress shirts. Best place to shop for dress clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came into the store at around 8:10pm 05/14/2022. We came in as a group of 6 people. Only one of us was looking to buy something, while the rest of us were browsing and sharing thoughts on what would look best on our friend. We were greeted by Marie. The whole time during our shop Marie and another female associate in a teal shirt watched and kept staring at us. 3 of us felt uncomfortable by this so we went outside the store to sit down. Marie went near the entrance and stood there and watched us. We saw her walk to the associate in the teal shirt, speak and pointed at us outside and our friends inside and continued to talk to them. They kept watching our friends still shopping and us. Overall horrible experience, and unbelievable customer service. Marie did not make us feel welcomed. Our friend who was shopping only bought two to three items before leaving as they felt the hostility.
