Be careful of the salespersons at this store- We were TRICKED into paying $25 for the loyalty card - we saw the charge on our receipt when we got home - We were told the loyalty card is free if we shop more than $80, and our purchase was of $225. We went back to complain but still didn't get our money back instead they started arguing with us. TERRIBLE!!

This store should get new management!!!! This location has a bunch of dishonest sales associates, starting with the Manager.I've worked in customer service and never have I encountered such unprofessional and very shady customer service. The Manager (short chubby Indian girl) has some under the table business practices and definitely working to piss off customers. Not sure how she became a manager?! SUZY SHIER - you drop the ball on this one. The Manager doesn't know the first thing about de-escalating a situation. The other ratings on here suggesting she is great are false. She tricked me into paying for a renewal membership when she said it was free for my purschase over $100. The card was invalid as she crossed out the expiry date on my old card instead of issuing a new card. When questioned at the time of my renewal, the manager said I didn't need a new card. I found that strange as I ALWAYS receive a new card. When I went to other locations they told me my card was expired and that i would have to go back to this location to have it fixed. Other locations told me the same thing if i renewed it i would get a new card. They were appalled with what happened and even suggested making a complaint to head office. When i went there to have this problem addressed an employee (another Indian girl) and the manager were arguing and making excuses. The Manager would not take responsibility and own up for her shady practices. Don't be calling the customer a liar! As a customer I was very disgusted with the service and reccomend others to avoid this location. Horrible! Love the clothes and go to Suzy all the time, but never again at this location. If you go, watch your bill or when they try to sell a "deal" - bunch of cheaters at this store.

It was an amazing shopping experience and very well customer service. I went with my girlfriend for shopping we were helped by the Manager (kiran). she was very helpful and was showing us different styles and varieties. And helping my girlfriend choosing her oufits.Never been to a store with such a warm welcome and this good customer service.Thanks alot and cheers guys ! And i will recommend everyone to visit suzy in Tsawwassen mills .

Went in there yesterday for just a simple spring dress and came out with a bag full of clothes. Absolutely in love with the customer service at the the Suzy. The manager was so sweet and the other girl was very helpful. Definitely going to be one of my favourites now.

I went for shopping at Suzy and I was looking for an outfit and the girl there she greeted me and she gave her 100% to help me by providing tons of outfit suggestions. The way she presented herself and the brand was amazing her name was Kiran The best customer service I have ever had. She was pretty too as her heart and Lovely by nature surely coming back to shopping.

I went in for buying a gift for my wife and the group of ladies there just gave us the best customer service. They offered us so many options that we ended up buying a whole wardrobe for my wife. They were so professional but also very warm and welcoming. My wife has decided this store to be her one stop for shopping from now on. This girl Manveen helped us to save money with the prestige card and another girl Kiran made shopping so much fun. We went happy and satisfied with our shopping experience. Thanks to the ladies there.

Decent clothing ( for females) and More than Good Customer service

My favourite place to go and do shopping ? specifically tops, dresses and jewelry. Customer service is excellent. Lots of new stuff and prices are very genuine. They use to have good deals. Just go and give your wardrobe a fancy and stylish look.
