Willowbrook location is much cleaner, however the staff were far nicer at Guildford.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible location and service. Two employees working here on a Sunday were very rude and stuck up, like they didnt want to do their jobs. Recommend going to the surrey location for better service and to be treated like an actual customer

Never going back to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visit this store every time I'm in the mall. The quality of the shorts purchased last season .... well, still look as new. Saw some interesting accessories and new product clothes lines on this visit. They also stock shirts for men and ladies apparel, too .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today to buy some stuff, there were at the till did not acknowledge us at all. They were too busy talk about their boy friends. We were for good 15 mins. We had to try the outfits right in the lobby they even did not asked us if we need the change room. We felt so unwelcomed and left the store. The two employee's one had blond hair and the other one with brown hair. This was our first and last visit to this store.
