R	Robin C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there when the lineup was almost to the fitting room. I came in just for jewellery. The jewellery was poorly displayed because there was no room to actually get to it. I go up to the cashier if I can go behind her to get to the jewelry wall and she’s like no in front of everyone. She’s like you need to push your way through where people are lined up and into the lineup of people near the wrap around fixture system to get to cashier. It was very rude and she didn’t care that a customer was lost that day! It’s rude to push through people lined up just because the store can’t properly merchandise! The cashiers are super slow and the lineup was getting upset. Train these young girls to learn customer service! Never going there again!
h	hannah white on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i really enjoyed my experience here the past couple times i’ve come in, this urban planet had WONDERFUL cashiers who try so hard to get the promotions right when they are constantly changing and they try their very hardest, the cashiers were super sweet and kind, they helped me get the best deal i could get. the rest of the staff could be a little nicer especially the girl with the half coloured hair -she is younger and she is skinny and tall (try to avoid her) , she was very rude every time we came in but the rest of the staff made up for it. every time i come in i enjoy what i find and my experience the fitting room lady was very stressed but still super kind and sweet MOST people on this review page bash these poor girls when they work very hard to please each and every person. the fitting room has a long line but with sales like these i’m not going to complain because it comes with the territory or shopping here. i do however think recently there has been many mix ups of what’s new and what’s clearance so they should try and go through it quickly every day to check.

C	Celina Sekhon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of 5 for $15 racks! Definitely worth the trip to stock up on some cute outfits. Got some great deals even though I didn't need any of it. Unfortunately a lot of the customers were rude to the cashier. One cashier was working and the line was huge however that's no reason to yell or swear at a cashier. Disappointing behaviour by customers.

Instead of explaining things normally and offering me to pick another dress I liked better she basically scoffed and said she wouldn't do a refund because I bought it at tswassen mills even tho tswassen said any store could refund it. I am furious and will not shop there again. There was no need to give snippy rude attitude. Terrible terrible cashier.
E	Ella Evans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For teenage, youth or young adult girls, this store is a go to place to shop. They always have trendy clothing at extremely affordable prices. A wide variety of styles and sizes are available throughout the store. Most of the staff is very pleasant. The only downside is that check out is extremely slow. I was waiting for a good 15-20 minutes in a line while there was only one cashier open, and the store wasnt even that busy.
M	Maxine U on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE! The online service and in store service is one of the worst shopping experiences we have ever encountered. If I could give negative star... I would! Our online order arrived weeks after the promised date. The online customer services was unhelpful and didn't seem to care. In store customers services was even worse. The manger at the Langley store was extremely condescending, acted very superior/rude and unprofessional. I'm hoping people who read this review will think twice about shopping at Urban Plant. This Manager missed the workshop on caring about customers and treating them with respect. Very very disappointing.
