★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible experience today coming to the Freedom Mobile location in Willowbrook mall. I was looking to port my number from Fido and the representative at the store mentioned they are not taking debit or credit as they are only accepting cash now. Seemed odd as there were clients paying with card at the same time in store. When I asked for the costs I was to pay for the prepaid service I was looking for he then went to say it really depends. So not only did the situation seem strange, but he never wanted to give me a straight answer to take out the cash he requested. I proceeded to leave the store and he then mentioned $20 for the sim card. I knew that wasn't right as another location quoted me $10. I was very unhappy with the service I received from the individual at this location as it seemed like the "cash" was only for his gain and not legitimate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend Harry as he gave great customer service. When I got my iphone 11 we didn't notice a scratch on the side of the phone and I didn't see it until the next day when I took the case off. I was really worried that they would just say that I caused the scratch and not do anything about it. I was so relived when they exchanged the phone for a new one and didn't try to make me out to be a liar. It is for this reason that I will recommend Freedom Mobile to all my friends and family. I am sure that the other employees are great however I personally recommend Harry from my experience as he really went out of his way to make me a happy customer! I hope this review can help him get even more business in the future as I am super grateful!
I am also happy with Freedom Mobile in general as they offered me more data for less money than I was spending at Fido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service, they are thieves each month I pay for my phone $120 I’ve been doing that since year and when I called them they told me that I only covered $225 where is the rest of the money, when I told them I want to cancel it they said you have to pay $523. They told me something and put on the contract something else. I have been trying to reach for the contract but they’re throwing me here and there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abysmal company practices and the no customer service. Get told one they will switch me from my plan A to plan B but do something completely different. Call to speak with someone and have a conversation with someone in Egypt who cant help. Says manager will call within 48 hours and if you miss the call you go through the whole process again. Their job is to get you off the phone ASAP and they have no control to do anything. Ask to speak to someone in Canada or someone who has the authority and that's not possible. Cant even get the name of the manager which sure, thats fine, cant even tell me how many manager they have or anything. And this experience isn't with someone new but someone whos been with them for 8 years and has 4 phone lines. Definitely leaving them, seen better plans and coverage with other companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this freedom store at all costs. The most atrocious and laughable customer service I've ever experienced in any phone store. They told me the phone I wanted was not in stock and did not even make any suggestion as an alternative. Told me to keep the phone i have. Clearly they don't want business...the person was so rude and had a dismissive and condescending attitude as well. I am now exploring other options. Freedom mobile has trash reception so was already considering it. Now my mind is made up
