★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Special Needs Unfriendly (Do not shop here!)
My son bought a t shirt at the Willowbrook Langley location. He received his change and realized he didnt receive enough change back for his bus ride home. He asked the employee for change from his $5 bill. The employee SAID she was new and needed to ask a manager. She refused citing a policy that once the till is closed they will not open it. When I called to confirm this with the said manager she said there were no new employees and was very unapologetic even after telling her my son is special needs. She seemed quite smug in stating her store policies. I wont frequent Wearhouse again and will be returning the tshirt on principle. (I suppose that is the only way to have her open the till) I also advised my son that if he ever deals with such a consumer unfriendly store in the future to just return the item then and there wich would force them to open the till.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to return a pair of jeans I paid 68$ + taxes for, that had fallen apart after 3 wears. When I took them in she said she couldn't give me all my money back because it was "buy one, get 50% off the second pair" and that I had to return both pairs to get refunded" I then asked her to do a simple exchange for the pair I had & imagine that, none in stock! She said if I wanted the full 68, I was asking her to commit fraud!
I will NEVER go into that store again!
Extremely poor customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a shirt two days ago, wore it last night and the seam completely ripped. I took it back tonight and had no problem returning it at all but.....the associate was very unpleasant. She did not greet us when we walked in, the associate by the fitting rooms did. (GOOD ON HER) I stood at the till for a good minute before going up to the associate setting up a Christmas tree and asking if I can do a return. She sighed loudly and rudely said yes. She came to the till and I said, "I hope I can return this" she replied " we'll see! Explained and showed her what happened and she went on to try and tell me it was the way I was sitting while again sighing loudly. I took the store credit reluctantly as I didn't have my cc with me. I used to be a district manager for a retail store and I am appalled that you would have someone like that working for your store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As plus sized lady it is often hard to find clothing that fits and is comfortable and doesn't look like tacky granny wear.
Great selection in various styles of clothing and they even have extra short jeans for those of us under 5 ft 3inches.
Store employees are always friendly and helpful.
I've only had one problem with a dress that ripped at the seam when I washed it the first time, and I was able to exchange it for a new one without any hassles.

They carry larger sized in a variety of styles and colors.
Nice to find panta that I don't need to order.
