The gentleman I dealt with was not helpful in the slightest. I went in asking for a new sim card for my new phone as my previous phone had suddenly shut off and was no longer usable, and he said I wasn't an authorized contact (which I understand policy and am not upset about in the slightest) so I couldn't make any changes to the account. After explaining the policy, I asked him what he could do for me in the store and he said that he could give me a sim card to give my father (authorized contact) to activate. I took the sim card and later that night when the authorized contact on the account called in to fido to have the number transferred over, they said it was not registered and unusable. He gave me a sim card that he hadn't even registered. I had no phone (which between working two jobs and waiting on several important phone calls, isn't ideal) AND I had to trouble my father who barely has any time left for him self after working a 12 hour day, because this guy didn't know what he was doing. Fido needs to train their staff in polite customer service skills. I felt like I was being talked down to and disrespected when I was in that store and I won't be returning. My contract is up and I may as well shop somewhere else.

I have always had great service at this location whether it is to upgrade my phone or just enquiries. All staff has been a pleasure but my favorite is Parm. He is very friendly and has a great sense of humor which makes the experience even better.

I’m leaving Fido today due to Simrans horrible customer service . She clearly does not care at all about her job . Keep it up simran perhaps more people will leave Fido due to your poor people skills .

Amazing experience and the utmost respectable staff. The Fido customer representatives are always going the extra mile to ensure my needs have been met. They are knowledgeable and have never ever turned me away when dealing with technical issues or purchasing cellular handset devices. Hands down these guys will help you even if it involves them remaining on hold for you on the phone while You do ypur shopping and come back.

The staff at this Fido location have amazing customer service skills, I was helped by Harsimran and she was so polite and helpful through the whole process of me getting a new phone. Even though it was crazy busy during the Black Friday sale the staff made sure to help everyone out the minute they were available! I would definitely recommend going to this location to buy a new phone as they give really good deals !!

I went to your store at Willobrook Mall because I had a problem with my phone. Therre were two staff members and the one I spoke to did not have a care in the world as to why she was there. I could not get incoming calls but I could make outgoing callls. The young lady I spoke to either didn't care or had no idea what she was talking about. All I wanted is for her to let me know how to unmute it. Her response was it's because I ran out of time that I'm allowed and the soonest I can receive calls is Nov 27.... WHAT????? I knew she couldn't care less. If she doesn't know she can ask someone else. Then I mentioned I was interested in an I-Phone, all she said was they're there on the shelves by the wall. The least expnesive is $588 for $24 a month; made no attempt to give me any details, the plans available, etc... and just stood there. It's very obvious that I am looking at another provider.

Buyer beware. I received a defective phone from this location (Apple determined it to be a completely dead phone when they ran diagnostics on it). Manager of this location refused refund of my 5-day old defective phone even though Fido company policy is satisfaction guarantee for first 15 days, no questions asked. I am very disappointed I was not given any options at this location to move forward. Fortunately the good people at Apple were able to give me a brand new functional phone at no cost. I even called another Fido location and they said if this situation happened in their store, the would have been happy to help me out. However Fido locations are independently owned and if you have an issue at a particular store there is nothing another store or even the company management can really do to help you out. Please save yourself heartache and go to any other store other than this one. I like to believe everyone is doing their very best in these unprecedented and stressful times, but getting a phone, refund or replacement from the people that you got it from really should never. ever. be this difficult. Take care.
