We needed help with our MacBook, and suggestions for the best tablet for our kids. She went above and beyond providing us with the best customer service. If you have any inquiries or need help with your Apple products, she’s the best! An absolute wiz and very kind. Best Buy is very lucky to have you on their team! Thanks again Simmran B!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a household "cooling fan" online from Best Buy [made by Lasko] ... it was defective. I attempted to return it in July 2021 to Best Buy, Langley Twsp, BC . Best Buy Customer Service refused to accept it as it was a "Market Place" item. They did say they would contact the vendor in my stead ... they did not provide me with the Vendor's name or contact information. Oh, they apparently failed to contact the vendor.
I complained in a letter to their head office in Burnaby, BC. After more than a one month they replied via email ... they apparently did not actually "read" my correspondence and sent me a "website" link instead. This led me to a website full of "gobbledygook" ... I don't know how anyone was expected to understand its directions.
So I've got the Vancouver Better Business Bureau involved. Maybe now Best Buy will do something about this grievance.
In the meantime: WARNING TO ALL CONSUMERS: Buy from Best Buy Marketplace at your own risk. Best Buy does NOT apparently back up the customer from often unscrupulous vendors. Shame on them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store, they did a very nice job with the recent renovations. The store is very easy to navigate and find what your looking for. Staff is very polite and helpful, there not pushy and help you find what you need and what’s best for you. Overall experience was very happy.

I came in the other day to get a brand new phone and I was on limited time. I asked Rishabh if he could get me done in under 15 minutes. He said it would be done in 7, and by gum, he was right. Fantastic service, great deals, and I left highly satisfied with my experience. Thanks, Rishabh!
Oh and Caleb is always a pleasure to deal with as well. Thanks for all your service over the years!

I tried to price match an apple product with the apple store student pricing, and the guy kept trying to work around giving me the price match by saying “maybe we can.” He then got me to input my shipping info in the computer and proceeded to tell me the total of the item without the price match. When I asked him about the price match he stated that if I don’t buy the Best Buy Protection plan he won’t give me the price match so I just walked out.
Very sketchy doing business with him. Will never return to any Best Buy in the future. Just support more local businesses if possible.
