If i could give 0 stars i would. Some of the WORST customer service on the planet. I order a couch and chair a couple years back and waited 8 MONTHS and never heard a thing finally I called just to be told they were having issues with inventory but it should be there in a month. Out of curiosity i called the next day and they gave me a completely different time frame. Then when i was trying to get my money back the manager was so rude and told me i couldn't have a refund. Let's just say READ THE FINE PRINT ON YOUR RECEIPT. I got my refund but it was a process. What you should take away from this is DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM HERE!!!! THE SALES AREN'T WORTH THE STRESS.

Ordered a Bed frame from Leons and was delivered 4-6 weeks later missing parts. I had gotten rid of my old bed frame and now I have to sleep on the floor. Pretty sure this bed frame was repackaged wondering why I would be paying full price for something re packaged Have to wait 4-6 more for the parts to come in. They gave me a 75$ refund which is hardly enough to cover the grief of sleeping on the floor and not being able to get the parts quickly. Will not order anything from here again. Had to cancel my plans for the weekend for moving stuff in and out of the condo because of their incompetence. My wife is 7 months pregnant and has to sleep on the floor now. Thanks a lot.

Zero stars if I could!! We were at Leon's Langley this past weekend. Unprofessional, neglectful and super arrogant staff. We waited 50 minutes for a price on a dinning table and the price that was verbally quoted to us 3 days prior was not honored (even though the sales rep acknowledged giving us the lower price). Don't know who is managing this store now, but their behavior is completely unacceptable. Will never give them my hard earned money.

We purchased a couch and loveseat from Leon's in January and it was delivered in May by two men in a box van. When they arrived I asked them to take it around the back because I knew the couches wouldn't fit up the main stairs. They insisted it would fit however, and tried to force it up the stairs, resulting in some minor damage to the walls. Then they refused to take it through the back way (even though that's how every other large item gets into townhouses in this complex...). They ended up dropping the couches in my garage and promising to come back later that day to complete delivery, stating that 4 people were required. This was a lie. We called the next day and they promised to come and complete the delivery, which they did not. Instead, I received a phone call from an unknown number who told us their friend referred us to them and they would finish delivery for the low low price of $160 for two people. I refused. After this I tried to call Leon's directly, but for some reason they did not pick up. Instead, after a few calls, they picked up the phone and immediately ended the call. Very professional in my opinion. My wife then called Leon's to speak to our sales rep (Raz) and left a message. Anyone surprised that she did not receive a call back? In conclusion, it seems that once Leon's has secured your money, they no longer care at all. Buyers beware. By the way, it only took two regular guys to move the couch around back, the delivery team just couldn't be bothered to do it.

Leon’s furniture sold me a defective couch when I called in their supervisor told me all couches this price ( We got the Collier) were poor quality, anything around the $1000 range is poor quality. They don’t stand by their product which has damaged my floor, and they offer select couches to swap out for that we don’t want or like. It’s unbelievable, we waited 3 months for this company to send us this garbage furniture thinking we got a stellar deal, absolute joke we will never ever recommend this company to anyone it’s poor reviews shouldve told me they don’t care at all. Now imagine waiting 3 weeks for a response from corporate. Multiple messages and NO RESPONSE. Sticking to Costco like always. WOW

I have had terrible service from Leon's. I ordered a couch in November of 2020 and was told it would come around March but likely sooner. I received it in September of 2021. I had hardly any contact from Leon's during that time I had to call them constantly to get updates. Within three weeks of my couch arriving the frame fell apart. This must have been a manufacturer's defect since nobody has hardly sat on it in those 3 weeks. I have tried to contact Leon's during business hours and nobody answers the phone. I have emailed them and was told they would leave a message for the manager to contact me and he hasn't yet. I have also had Leon's service technicians come and look at my couch and I haven't heard from Leon's since then either which was over a week ago. Everyone told me to cancel my order and get a couch somewhere else since it was taking so long but I really wanted this couch. Buying a new piece of furniture is supposed to be exciting but I've been nothing but frustrated with Leon's lack of customer service and poor quality product. Extremely disappointed. I wish I had seen these reviews before buying because it looks like there is a pattern and lots of people have had similar issues. ****UPDATE***** Still no contact from Leons after leaving multiple messages and leaving this review. No contact from them after the service people came to assess. Nothing. ***Second update*** Once I wrote an email telling them I was going to contact head office I immediately got a return phone call. Unfortunately they were unwilling to resolve the issue to my satisfaction and I ended up finally getting a refund for the couch only. They would not refund the delivery fee for a couch I no longer have, so I am out that money. I have since bought a new couch elsewhere and was much happier with the service and product I purchased at the other store. I will not shop at Leon's again. I understand that things can happen out of their control but it was really hard to get in touch with them after the sale. It felt like they don't value their customers once they have your money.

We recently purchased a new home. I was needing new appliances. Dave MacDonald worked with me on a professional level to pick out the LG tower washer and dryer that suited my life style. Leon's not only has been in business for many years, their flyers always have great special offers. A big thank you to the sales manager Brandon and to all the team at the Langley Location. We purchased a couch from Leon’s that broke within a month of purchase, and were offered a replacement couch and promised we did not have to pay any more - but then Leon’s quickly went back on this promise. More recently, we purchased a washer and dryer with full installation/removal/delivery, as I currently have mobility issues. We were not told that we had to drain the washer prior to delivery, and the person delivering the appliances left without even dropping off our new product. Many times we had promises made to us that were not followed through on. Take your money elsewhere, as one way or another Leon’s will end up costing you way more than you expect in time or money.
