c	chris armour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was horrible. Clearly a frozen patty. Very stiff and tasteless. BBQ sauce tasted like store bought bland bbq sauce. The bun was definitely old, and over toasted as the crust flaked away one you held the burger. The beef deep was also dry and again tasteless. Bread stale and over toasted to cover up the expired taste. I will definitely not be going to a mr Mikes for a while.
M	Mlko Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I both had the steak sandwich. Mine- ordered at medium- was really over cooked and both of us left more than half of this nasty steak on our plates. The meat had so much grizzle that I had to keep PPriceting it into a napkin cause I couldn't choke it down. The fries were perfect as were the onion rings. Prices are way too high for the quality. I'll never return .

I called to speak to the manager and she was very polite and understanding, she told me the Other manager would contact me, so the next day I contacted the manager again (Hayden) and he was very apologetic offered me a gift card larger then what my order was and asked for my address to send it. About an hour later he showed up at my home with a gift card and dessert! That is customer service! I will go back! Thank you

Our food took an hour to an hour to arrive, and tasted like it had been sitting on the warmer for an extended period of time. Between ordering food and said food arriving the waitress stopped by our table once to offer a refill. She just disappeared. At one point we managed to flag down another waitress and we were told that our food was delayed because there was a party of eight, a party which arrived after us. The restaurant was half empty, but our we just kept disappearing for long periods, and never offered an explanation or update on our order. Normally I feel guilty not leaving a tip,as I know service staff have to tip out to the kitchen at many restaurants, but I don't feel the service was worth any gratuities

J	Jeremy Goodrick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Grew up on Mr. Mike’s. It was always my favourite restaurant as a kid. So I thought I’d give the restaurant in Langley a shot. Let’s just say I wish I hadn’t. Where do I start? The service was all right at best. I waited almost 40 minutes for a hamburger. When I finally complained that it was taking a long time the manager stepped in and brought out my burger without any sides because the sides weren’t done yet but that he would bring them out shortly. The burger was mediocre at best, and the so-called sides were some burnt potato chips. They give you sauce to mask the flavour of the burnt but it doesn’t work. And for this lovely experience, you pay $21. Overall, I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Chalk it up to a bad judgement call.
J	Jas B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here after a really long time. The 9pm happy hour is the best bang for buck for appies and drinks. Even though our server was pretty new and was still learning we got great service from him. I wasn't expecting too much from the New York Steak I ordered but it turned out to be really good and was cooked perfectly and evenly throughout. Overall, it's a real quiet place and is great for family dinners and just relaxing and hanging out.
A	A Davalovsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff seemed to be doing a good job, our server was tentative and asked how thing were more than once. My wife said it was good, but it really wasn't. The portions were definitely on the small side her grilled chicken didn't have much flavour and if it wasn't for sautéed onions and red pepper she probably would of complained. My steak was the most tasteless 7oz New York I have ever had and I don't think if I sent it back they could of done better. Both of our Garlic Mash Potato's were not much on the garlic side of things and a pretty small scoops. The green beans were good and the sautéed mushroom I ordered as an extra were also good. Definitely on the expensive side for what you get, I know cost are going up for everything, but charging more and making the portions smaller is not the way to go. On another good note, the Yellow Dog craft beer was good and so was the Kim Crawford wine($$$) and like I said the customer service was very good. Will I go again, yes. I will give them another chance, but I'll wait awhile as I think they maybe transitioning from the difficulties they endured during Covid restrictions.
