K	Kuljinder Sidhu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an excellent experience today which was a pleasant surprise because the establishment was super busy. Our server, Carly, was very friendly. She happily dealt with our separate table of kids. The food was good. The fries were piping hot. Even the soda was bubbly. Staff sang me happy birthday which was nice of them.
T	Trey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location had good service. Host was helpful and got us a seat right away. He even cleaned the tables for guests to be seated. I know its probably not his job but he was doing multiple jobs as it seems the location was low staff and really busy. Everything in this location seemed outdated. The utensils were dirty, the glasses were dirty, the plates were dirty. We ended up just not using anything because we weren't sure how sanitary Everything was. The waiters were friendly overall but our actual waiter was hard to find. I think she was super busy as we asked for napkins 3 times and finally received it on the 4th time we requested it. We waited so long for them my husband ended up just going to the bathroom to wash his hands from the appys we had. The onion rings we got quickly but our entree burgers took 30 to 40 minutes to get to our table which kind of made me question. So service was good but the location needs a huge update.

It was extremely busy and we noticed that there were a lot of takeout orders. We had to wait over an hour for our food, which we were told was because the kitchen staff were new. Twice we were told our food would be coming out in 10-15 minutes, but after 15 minutes had passed both times, our food still hadn't come out. I initially ordered the salmon burger but then was told they didn't have salmon so I then ordered the Madlove Burger. The burger was ok but not the best and the bacon in the burger was a bit burnt. When we eventually got our food, we had to pretty much scoff it as we had an event to go to, so it wasn't the best experience.

The booth seats were sticky and covered in food debris, so was the table and chairs. Our drink glasses were cracked at the rims and dirty. The food was awful when it arrived, burgers were over cooked and dry, chicken strips in the kids meal actually looked old when they came and the fries were all limp and soggy. Only reason we came here was because my step daughter wanted to, and even she wanted to leave after we sat down.

We had a great appetizers afternoon with delicious bottomless strawberry freckled lemonade . Carly offered to us a remarkable nice service , she is so courteous and diligent . We have to go back soon. We enjoyed the onion rings, dry ribs , boneless chicken bites and fried pickle nickels
A	Adrian Glass on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to come here in the 90’s and it was the best place to come to in Langley. Although the hamburger was pretty good I would give it a 5/10 score in general. The smell of the carpets was overwhelming, the dirt in between the tables was disgusting and the plastic glasses were unprofessional. *If the tables and restaurant are brutally dirty what does that mean about the kitchen? What a shame…I wanted to relive my happiness from childhood eating here but the recent experience scarred my mind forever.

Our server Madelyn (who is also a red head like my kids) was very attentive & probably one of the best servers I've ever had at any restaurant. The food was just as good as always. Maybe Monday's are extra great because our food came super fast, we didn't have to ask more than once for anything. The macaroni and cheese used to just be Kraft Dinner but now it's real homemade Mac baked with cheese on top, which my son was super excited about. Since I forgot to take photos due to hunger levels, I took some of the fries and my son's freckled lemonade for you.
