A	Ahmad Hage-Diab on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for the worst Pizza hut location in Canada. This is the one. Poor customer service. Bad attitude from the staff. Extremely long delivery times like an hour plus. And food is usually delivered cold and not fresh. Don't be surprised if the staff has bad heygine standards when preparing the food.
G	Gerardo Sierra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like many other posts from this location, the pizza I ordered in the morning for my son's birthday party in the afternoon was about an hour late. I had about 15 hungry kids waiting for their food. If you want your pizza on time I'd order from somewhere else.
c	c chloe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered for 5pm delivery and by close to 6 there was no sign of my pizza. I called and finally reached someone who had told me my driver is on his way. Waited for another 30-40 min and called again, this time I was told the pizza was delivered 25 min ago, which I was astonished and confirmed I have not received them. The lady put me on hold and came back and told me that the driver is coming back to confirm that I’ve got my pizza- I was getting hangry but remain polite - I was explaining to her that if the pizza is not here, doesn’t matter if he confirm it’s delivered or not, I’d appreciate my pizza would be here soon, the store hung up on me and was not reachable by phone for the next 10-15 min. 15 min later the driver rang my bell and explained to me he indeed delivered to the wrong address but asked the store make a new order and make it a priority. Ok fine. Finally got my pizza another 50 minutes later, after coming up with a quick meal for our kids and waste time calling back and forth. I didn’t want to make a fuss to the driver nor the people answering phones, but I find the service provided was poor and unacceptable. Will not order from the store again (200 in Langley)
k	kirby baum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to have a higher rating for this location, but my last visit changed all that! The person at the till tried to give herself a tip by over charging my card. Thankfully I was paying attention and caught it before I left the store. Because I can be firm when needed, management was quick to see what the problem was and corrected my bill accordingly. There was no attempt to apologize for the mistake though, and no real investigation to how to make sure that it doesn't happen again. Sort of makes me wonder how many other people have had this happen but either didn't catch it or didn't say anything.
L	Lisa Banta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phone number not working, 45 minutes over the ETA and no apology. Really? That is just sad. Their 1-800 number was useless because all they did was take complaints. How is that helpful? I ordered my pizza at 6:10 and received it at 8:15... if you're behind just say so. Don't leave us hanging wondering if it's actually going to show up please.

I don't know or how they cut it but this is just lazy and should be brought up by management. We thank you for the food but place make sure the pizza is cut properly
M	Michael G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Placed an order online for medium cheese pizza and wings. They said 1 hour. I thought it would be quicker to pickup. After 1 hour, our order on the board still says "In Kitchen" and they have not even cooked it yet. 25 minutes later, our order is still not ready but no staff would stop to tell us that the wings are still being cooked. We took the pizza and left the wings. It's ridiculous that nobody would even stop to ask if we have been looked after. I would not come back here.
W	Will Harvey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Currently, my life has been in absolute shambles... I was recently diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer and only have a few precious months before I pass. If that's not bad enough non of my kids are returning any of my calls. So I decided to order a pizza for myself and think about how my life became this way. As soon as I took that first bite I felt a jolt of energy run through my body. BY GOD! This was one of the best things I've ever tasted! I immediately called my doctor and he informed me that my cancer had been cured. Furthermore, my wife decided to not go ahead with the divorce, FANTASTIC! Thank you Pizza Hut!
