★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the drivers really just tack the sign to your door without attempting to make contact with whoever is inside. there were cars parked out front. i was home and in the kitchen near my door. nobody knocked or rang my doorbell. awful delivery company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have an issue with the delivery drivers not being able to call me when they are at my front door. I didn't give a buzz number when I originally ordered through Amazon a month ago but I did give my unit number. It would have been a good idea for the driver to try the buzz code that went with my unit number.
Purlator reached out to me earlier this week and asked me to give a buzz code to get in. I called and was given a text link by their automated call centre. Yesterday, I followed the link to a chat page where I gave the buzz code. Today the bed was suppose to be delivered. At 8:30am Purlator phoned me from an Ontario number and asked for my buzz code again and said it would be delivered today and wished me a Merry Christmas. At 8:40am I received an alert from Amazon saying that Purlator was at my door but couldn't get in because there was no buzz code.
The delivery won't happen until the 29th now.
I was told by the Purlator call center that it's a privacy issue for delivery drivers to use their personal phones because upset customers could call them anytime.

I think that the company should supply their delivery epmloyees with flip phones. Nice and inexpensive and so muh more convenient for everyone involved. Also, try the to buzz the unit number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received email saying Purolator attempted delivery but this is not true as two people home all day working from home. No missed calls either. Noticed other reviews say same thing. Very dishonest and a huge inconvenience to go pick up parcel due to distance and hours. Cancelling auto renew product due to poor service from Purolator and refuse to deal with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is literally the worst shipping company and we all know how shipping from China is. Seriously. They didn't even knock on my door before marking it for me to pick up. I go to pick it up and the lady behind the counter is rude. Excuse me ma'am but y'all texted me (no notice on the door they supposedly knocked on mind you). I'd rather send through FedEx and have my things broken upon arrival then use them again.

I regularly get deliveries but whenever something is shipped with Purolator it does not make it to my door, despite having the correct address. This store is in a poor location to get to before closing and will not be reattempt to deliver the following day. One star feels generous...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How coincident, apparently lots of people have the same problem with this company, especially with this location. They never try to make delivery and blame wrong address, nobody home...blah blah blah. And make the customer have to come to this location to pick up.
My wife shipping address is her workplace and they never attempt to deliver and text her that she need to come to pick up. She come with her passport and they still ask her proof of address which she doesn't have, it is a business address.
You charge money for service, please do your part and complete. This is against work ethic of a shipping company. You might gain some gas money but look bad in your face.
This is not a first review of people complaint, they never correct it. They deserve to be look bad, please people avoid this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think a lot of the negative reviews are about the delivery service itself and not the actual location…
I came in to pick up a large painting that I had delivered. The lady at the front was super helpful and kind. She even helped me carry my package to my car and was helpful with getting it to fit in my trunk! I wish I grabbed her name because she was very lovely to deal with!
