I ordered a custom Canadian solid wood bedroom set only took two weeks to be made which surprised the heck out of me for custom furniture not only did the ladies keep me updated but they set it up for free. I searched for great quality at many places and this could not be beat. I sincerely wanted to say thank you and am not usually one to write reviews but this was deserved. Again thank you to this team! Highly recommend

Time estimates were consistently incorrect with no updates. For my couch I was told 4-5 weeks. I sold my existing couch based on this timeframe. After 5 weeks I had to call them for an update and was told it was delayed. Had I received a proactive call at any point in the 4-5 weeks, I wouldn’t have been couchless for days. When my order arrived it had the wrong throw pillows (to be fair, I changed my order the day after placing it which I was told I could do). My issue here is not the mistake but deception. I was not told the wrong pillows were coming and the delivery person handed his phone over to the manager. I was told they needed to get an update on the other pillows the following Monday. It took nearly 8 weeks total to get the correct pillows (also with us following up after incorrect timelines were given). Even when picking them up the store representative maintained that “some fabrics just take longer manufacture”, which apparently explains why throw pillows could take weeks longer than a couch. Delays happen but there is no excuse for failure to communicate. Everyone makes mistakes, mine was trusting Langley Home Furnishings.

We were impressed with the great selection of Canadian Made and quality lovely furniture, the Low prices for such items (believe me we had done some shopping around Langley) we were thrilled with how much in-stock items Langley Home has and the wonderful service we received. The Manager and Sales Lady were both very friendly and professional. We were even able to get all of it, a gorgeous Canadian mattress set, Canadian high quality Sectional, and solid Dining Set all delivered within 3 days! So happy with Everything! This company is a Jewel in this local market! Thanks and we highly recommend them!!!!

R	Rocky Heer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the couch started off great very comfy but now a year into are storage area has the springs popping through the couch cushions are starting to kind of warp sideways which in return is causing the the frame to be felt when sitting down the customers service was great but the quality sure did not last .. already shopping for a new couch ?
