★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would choose no other. Pearls furniture was able to get us the perfect couch at the best price. We had ordered a couch from another retailer with promises it would arrive in a timely manner, which was NOT the case. We ended up getting a refund and coming to pearl. They were able to get us a couch in a timely manner and at an even better price. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. Their customer service was wonderful and the delivery guys took care when bringing in the new couch. We will definitely use them again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided it was time to get a new sectional so we checked out a few places. The staff was friendly and helpful and we found what we were looking for here. Originally we were told 8 to 10 weeks for delivery but due to covid, floods, snow, and extremely low temperatures ended up delaying the manufacturing at Ashley and delivery up to 4 months. With someone waiting for our old sectional, we needed to get the new furniture in asap. After several phone calls, the Pearl staff went above and beyond to get the furniture to us as soon as they could. The delivery drivers were very accommodating acvepting my tip to move the old furniture to the garage...not all delivery people do this as I've experienced so this really was amazing. Just waiting on the ottoman which will be here next week or so but our friends are excited they can finally take our old sectional. Overall we understand why the lengthy delay for delivery but we're satisfied with the customer service and the product we received.

Esha greeted us and asked if she could point us in any direction and once we found the piece we liked most, was very efficient and helpful in processing our purchase. She made sure to go through all the items, policies and protection plan information with us. We can’t wait for our new furniture to arrive!
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pearls was referred to us by the previous owners of our home. So, of course, it would be our first stop for furniture. We were looking for a sectional and found the perfect one there. We were helped by Sunny, and by far he was one of the nicest and accommodating sales person I have encountered. He helped us get the best deal and also provided additional support throughout. We had an extra cushion that would be delivered many weeks after, and Sunny kept us up to date throughout. Sunny, you did an exceptional job. Wishing you the very best. Will see you again soon :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such friendly staff, we bought a sectional for a great price, and loved them so much, we went back for a coffee table. Delivery was fast, and very efficient. Due to covid, they did mention there was a backlog and delay of some product, which is beyond their control, but they are very upfront about these issues. They do offer to have someone put your products together, for a small cost. They offer a warranty from the manufacturer for any damage you may encounter and it’s not a huge cost at all. Well definitely be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent alot of money at this store. Firstly my furniture took almost a year to get to me due to covid. The furniture is not good quality and the table I bought had scratches on it I was told that's how the design was after alot of back and forth they finally sent me a new table no scratches. My chest of draws came to me in a box and I had to put it together. Due to covid
I'm still waiting for my my head board for my bedroom. Not sure how long I have to wait for that. Also please be aware there is no exchange or return policy. I bought a lamp and it was wrong size and no matter what I said I was told no returns at all. This was very upsetting I was even willing to pay more for a proper lamp size. The staff is really nice and professional and not to blame but the rules and management is terrible. I will not be buying from this store again. Please be aware uou will need to put your furniture together and there is no returns at all Even tho their website says customer comes first on my case I didn't. Draws didn't align parts were broken also. The good thing was they reorderd the right parts for me. For that I was grateful. My chairs were rocking because they were not even and one of their guys had to come back and fix the chairs. Just really bad quality furniture and high prices...should have stuck with Ashley's

Very friendly staff who know how to look after customers (I visited the Langley location). Even though we had a delay - which was out of her control - Esha was in touch with me regularly and always very professional. A great experience there and I will go back!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an excellent experience with Pearl's furniture in choosing a custom color for one of their floor model sofas. The staff provided us with an estimated delivery time which was met with no issues. The sofa came in perfect condition and the delivery guys were very careful on our hardwood floors. The sofa legs even had felts already adhered to them to protect our floors. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We love our new sofa!
