★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a horrific experience. We were helped by Barbara and she was lovely from start to finish. She really did try her best to get her managers to work with us.
We spent over an hour looking at vehicles, finding the one we loved and getting ready to close the deal. Only then were we informed that this dealership will not accept a "cash" (payed in full) payment. Not only that but the "sale price" they were advertising was only if you financed the vehicle, which wasn't stated anywhere.
The manager told us they only allow leasing or financing. He kept trying to push us to finance (and pay their outrageous interest rate) and finally we walked away.
Thanks for the wasted time and high hopes.
Stay far away and go with another Toyota dealership, whom we found will happily take a cash payment. It's a shame such a great employee got stuck with such horrible managers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I became disenchanted with the car buying experience after interacting with the staff at Langley Toyota. We were treated poorly once the staff realized we were not ready to buy on our first visit. They clearly stated that preference is given for customers who are willing to finance, rather than those customers who could buy the vehicle with cash. I encourage you to try Open Road Toyota Port Moody which has far superior management and customer service.

From sales to delivery, everyone was knowledgeable, patient and prepared. Thanks to everyone who assisted me in my car purchase, especially Hailey in the finance department. Since it was my very own car I’ve never had experience with all the purchasing aspects and she went above and beyond to explain everything and ensure I understood exactly what I was buying ?. I would highly recommend Langley Toyota for your next car purchase!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone at Langley Toyota was great to deal with. My salesman was really helpful into making sure I got the right vehicle for myself as well as the best deal. Gary in the finance office was great he helped making the purchase even easier going over everything in detail making it super easy to understand and helped myself get the best rate. I never thought I would buy a brand new vehicle so that's saying something. Great experience and I will be back in the future!

My salesman was Shefit and he was super helpful and worked to get me a good deal, so much so that I left behind the wheel of a brand new Tacoma. I never thought I would buy a brand new vehicle so that's saying something. Great experience and I will be back for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I still remember the moment I walked into the dealership, Nick and Dan gave me very warm welcome. Not too much talk over happiness, and placed order for the gr86. I got a call three days ago and be told my car is finally here. I told Dan and Nick that I am gonna pick up the car today. Nick presented the car to me and led me into the finance office. The finance manger Tom was also warm-hearted, and went over everything properly. From sales to finance, everyone treated me so well. I had excellent experience being a customer at this dealership.

This is the third car we get from this great dealership for our family, Avery from sales and Michelle from finance worked hard for us to get a good car and a good deal. They were very professional and they took good care of us. We drove the car right off the dealership on the same day.
