k	kim lam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a used 2018 Tesla model 3 Long range from Porsche Langley in March 2022. Priced below average compared to competitors with great low mileage. Was greeted by Jonathan Kang who just handed me the Tesla key card & off I went for a test drive (drove for almost an hour). Coming back from it, saw a damaged/dent at bottom rear door panel, some scratches here and there and missing charger kit. He promised me it would be taken care of and like new before delivery. He sold me with that promise though I was skeptical. Then we proceeded to meet with Krystle La sota in finance. Explained to her I’ve recently moved to Canada from the US so I have no credit history here. Was denied everywhere else for a loan but Krystle worked her magic! Approved! Jonathan kept me in the loop with every detail when the car would be ready. Finally the day came and was amazed how the repair turned out. It was like it came out of factory. I was very impressed. 1 day after taking delivery, noticed a cracked mirror on the driver’s sun visor. Texted Jonathan and he took care of it! Tesla model 3 drives great! No issues since purchase. Jonathan Kang is the best! He’s reputable, honest and has a very contagious smile! He made sure I was happy with the purchase even after taking delivery! Krystle La sota…one word, miracle! I’m lucky & grateful to work with the best team at Porsche Langley. Thank you Jonathan Kang and Krystle La sota!!

Dealership – Nice and spacious showroom, Proper instructions were in place for the customers, . Despite being a Porsche Sales Advisor Daniel Chan had excellent knowledge about All The vehicles Daniel was friendly and courteous; he walked us through the features and made sure we take it out for a test drive. Sale Manger Curtis accommodated most of our requests and tailored a sweet deal very friendly person. Finance Manager Krystal efficiently managed the paperwork and offered us some excellent post-sales deals on maintenance and service Actually She did Amazing job she explained everything one by one . I would especially like to thank Both Girls at the reception. Her whole face was met with a smile and a positive.I highly recommend this team for a no-pressure sales experience !

I must say, walking into a Porsche dealership to buy a vehicle (that's was not a Porsche) was very intimidating at first. But our sales Executive, Allan Wang was so warm & welcoming. He took the time to educate himself on our vehicle and was so enthusiast about it. He genuinely had a great time showing us every little feature & detail about the truck. It was one of the best dealership experiences I have ever had. Krystal from Finance as well as the Insurance Executive were just as wonderful. They were all so attentive and were so accommodating to my childcare needs while I was with them. Ive never had quite an experience like this one all around, so I am very grateful to have been dealing with everyone at Porsche Center Langley!!

Sales Executive Jonathan Kang was really helpful and responsible in test drive and further servicing of the vehicle to meet the Porsche standard before its ready to delivery status. No hard pushing, providing full vehicle history, I also feel the staff in this centre were really kind and helpful. This enabled me to see the car even before detailing and allowed me to see the true condition of the car before I buy. Disclosing about the vehicle’s history before buying, options available for buyback my previous Porsche etc was up front. Overall my experience with him and Porsche Langley is great 10/10.
