β β β β β Jury is still out. ...After visiting this dealership with a friend for her automobile's interior rear seat ceiling light malfunction (light won't shut off), I am interested to see how this dealership handles this problem. The dealership accepted to take in the car to put it in the service queue and sent us home in a taxi with the affirmation that they will call tomorrow after the service B is complete (700.00 plus tax) in addition to the diagnostic on the switch/sensor light malfunction which sounds like it will cost even more. This car was due for a service but it has just gotten a new battery put in only a month ago and was serviced then too. It is hardly driven by its owners in their 80's. So I am interested to see how the dealership handles their long time customers. They have only ever had a Mercedes of one kind or another.
