I tried doing business with several other shops before discovering Euro Class and encountered nothing but frustration. From now on I know exactly where to go to get my car serviced properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually do all of my own work on my vehicles regardless of the type of work that is needed. The reason for that was not only to save money for something that I could do, but it was also a trust factor!
My CLS55 needed the rear crank seal replaced. Due to a serious family health issue and having no time, I needed someone that I could trust. I know how most places conduct business and I was searching for someone that was transparent. Someone that was honest, trustworthy and fair! Something that is almost impossible to find nowadays! Euro Class Motors was recommended to me by a complete stranger.
When I called Walter and spoke with him, I was immediately impressed by his knowledge. Upon meeting him, I was even more impressed! He is not out to take your money! If he feels that it is easy enough for you to do, he will actually tell you the part# that you need. He will also walk you through how to do it, in order for you to save some money.
Walter performs a scan and shows you the results of the scan. He tells you exactly what needs to be fixed. Nothing more and nothing less! He is that rare mechanic that truly cares about the cars that he fixes and the customer's satisfaction!
I'm glad that I took the time to call Euro Class Motors. They are a class act business with a class act owner! Thank you, Walter!

It helps takes the uncertainty of trust out of the equation, and gives you time to confirm what’s truly going on with your vehicle. Being the bearer of bad news is typical of mechanics. What is NOT is finding someone capable of finding best options to control costs enabling confidence to make a repair decision.
You fixed our problems economically, but a far bigger savings with the BMW diagnostics, giving transparent advise; we followed up with BMW which replaced the expensive sensors FREE even post mfg warranty* as you said “ via unsolicited extensions* on diesel sensors”. Thanks Walter!

Walter has been servicing all of my BMW'S for over 7 years now and not once have I ever felt that the service he provided was anything short of excellent. He is extremely intelligent and always takes the time to explain what is wrong with the car in impressive detail. There have been times where I have asked if repairs were simple enough for myself and my dad to do (suspension, brakes) and he has always been completely honest with me. Prices are fair and work is always done on time. He calls me if there is ever an issue or if he thinks I should save the money on something that doesn't need to be fixed.
Above everything, Walter is the most honest mechanic I have ever met and as much as European vehicles can be a pain to deal with sometimes, he makes owning one stress free knowing that I have his services in my corner should I need them. I will continue to get my wife's Audi and my BMW serviced at Euro Class as long as he is in business. Lifetime customer!
