Truly a professional experience from start to finish. We re-floored our entire house and wanted it done right. Sherry was very knowledgeable and helpful in our selection process and explained all of the many details involved in re-flooring an older home. She also confidently handled questions that arose during the hectic days of installation. Jasper and his crew were true craftsmen in the hardwood installation. Same for Ed with his install of the bathroom floors. Our home has been completely transformed. The Nufloors crew were here for a couple of weeks. They were hard working, good natured and enjoyable to be around.

We won't go anywhere else. We had a great experience with Nufloors 2 years ago when they installed our hardwood flooring. So we came back for carpet and they did NOT disappoint. Great price, excellent advice from Paul and the installation was quick and perfect. They treat your home with respect and leave it clean. Believe me: we have had many contractors in our house during our reno and no one was better. What more could anyone ask for?

Nufloors Langley is amazing! Right from our initial visit in store, to the final install. Our salesman Bill Yardly spent almost 3hrs with us exclusively helping us choose the right vinyl plank and carpet. Bill is friendly, patient, and super knowledgeable! He always kept us posted with awesome communication and happily answered all our questions. Highly recommend you ask for him specifically! Nufloors held our product for over 2 months for free whilst waiting for our contractor to finish our cabinets (Covid related as cabinet supply was delayed). Dispatcher Mike was great. And our installer Mike was fantastic! This install went smoother than smooth. Mike is super friendly, respectful, polite, and his work is amazing, with great attention to detail. Highly recommend you request Mike for your installer. So basically I cannot say enough good things about these guys. A1, 5 Star, First Class all the way. Thank you Nufloors! I have the most beautiful floors in town now!!!

Sure glad I dealt with Nufloors. Lisa in sales spent the extra time to make sure I knew what I wanted, even through three lengthy visits. Mike and Mo the installers were a pleasure to be around. I don't usually say that about guys who spend five straight days in my home, but they were likable people, with serious expertise and a dedication to detail. Flawless work; it really looks great..

My engineered white oak floors were installed June 2021. From selection to install and follow-up Nufloors was great. Paul answered all my product questions and helped me find a quality product within my price point. And Curt did a beautiful install. He and his team were respectful of all Covid protocols, kept my home as dust free as possible and made beautiful transitions where they were required. I have recommended Nufloors to my friends and neighbours.

I have never and I mean never been so pleased with a company than Nufloors in Langley. I had shopped around at the local flooring places, the first was OK price was a little high. I then tried one of the whole sale laminate places, price was lower but they charged me to come out and give me a quote. I was doing a 2 bedroom condo about 800sq feet, not a huge job but was my first time taking on this kind of venture. I was then referred to Nufloors from a friend and thought I would give a look. I first met Paul, well fantastic person, guided me threw all the options and and arranged everything for me and gave me different options based on what I want to do. I decided I would do laminate in the main room and carpet in the 2 bedrooms. Paul sent out his guy to do the measurement ( did not ask for $40.00 cash to come out ) measurements were done and a very fare and exceptionable quote was given and a time for install was booked. On the day of the install, right on time, 2 installers arrived. These 2 men were incredible. Had all the laminate in the main room plus the base boards removed with in hours. Not a mark on the wall from removing the base board ( that was my biggest fear I had heard nightmare stories ). The floor needed leveling and they called their leveling person. Within a few hours the area that needed the leveling was done . The man that did the leveling work was a perfectionist took the time to do the job correctly . Day 2: the two installers returned with the laminate and went to work on installing. I could not believe how quickly and proficiently they were. They reinstalled the base boards,would never know they had ever come off. When they left all the mess was cleaned up and I could not have been more pleased. Day 3: two men , father and son arrived on time with the carpet. within no time the old carpet was removed and the new was installed . I could tell they two worked well together and knew their trade. When they left everything had been cleaned up they even made sure the hallway out side my condo was vacuumed. When I first started to consider doing this project there was many a moment I thought, this is too big a job for me . The whole staff at Nufloors made the process a pleasure. It has not been often in my 72 years of living that I can honestly say this was the best experience with a company I have ever had. Loving my new flooring . Thank You .

A few months after Nufloors installed carpet in my bedrooms, I noticed a crack in the transition between the rug and the adjoining room. I called Nufloors and the sales manager Wes came out to look at it. That transition had been installed by a different company who did previous work and not only was it the wrong type of material but it was improperly installed. It really was not Nufloors responsibility to fix. However, Wes went back to the shop, ordered the right transition, then returned to reinstall the correct piece, in both bedrooms – at no charge. You can’t beat that for excellent customer service. My thanks go out to Wes. Nufloors will be my only choice for flooring from now on.
