I have found that he is knowledgeable of the various car’s features and is able to answer my many questions. This year, because of the global problems with supply, my vehicle was being delayed but Kris managed to obtain another vehicle with all of the features I had ordered. He went out of his way and it was much appreciated. I have no hesitation in recommending Kris.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a BMW X3 from Kris and he made the experience awesome. I found the vehicle online and sent my daughter in for the test drive and to confirm this was the unit as advertised. At the time of purchase I was working out of town and had to rely on Kris.
When I finally got back to the Lower Mainland, went straight to BMW Langley to pick up my purchase. Kris did a great job having the SUV ready for me. This 4 year old SUV looked brand new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased a 2017 BMW X3 from BMW Langley and had Suki as my sales advisor. Everything went smoothly in the transaction and had a good test drive before purchase. Suki made sure to take care of any work that was needed on the vehicle before I took it home like brake pads, rotors and any minor damages.
