They are very helpful and efficiently! We wish we could know them earlier. If you want Mercedes car, don't forget have a chat with Kenshin and Sonia.

I booked sprinter Van in december 2021 that time the agent Phillip said that He had only one van available which is canceled by someone else and we will get it in January. He said van is already made and gonna shipped before Christmas from Germany and we will get it by end of January. That is why we booked that van and gave advance. He also told us to come in early January to ask when the van will be in store. When we reached to store In early January then he said that we ordered new van but we ordered which was already made. He changed his statement and said that van is still in process and it will be ship in march and we will get it in April. He cheated on us to sell his product. If we can wait until April or may then why will we booked old model we will book new 2022 model van. When we argued with him and ask why he cheated on us then he gave our advance back and told us that ‘YOU CAN LEAVE’ this is very unprofessional and disgusting service. He was very RUDE at that time. We did not gave money to get it back i gave money to get Van. He should not told lie to customers and waste their time. I got lost in my job as well because i started my new business and i need this van for work due to this now i don’t have any vehicle for my business that is why i stopped my work and now i have to search new van and wait more time to get it until that i cannot start my work.

Not the best sales here. All my negotiation happened based on the $10k higher price I was told at the dealership but they listed that vehicle for $10k less on the website.

We know our car is in safe hands when it is serviced by him and Javier. We’ve worked with several different service advisors across various locations and Ian is DEFINITELY the BEST. A shout out to the service manager too, Luis who also helped us deal with a situation promptly.

What an AWESOME dealership with a very clean and positive atmosphere... Ok now not only the icing on the cake but also the cherry on top was RAJ!!! Raj was a no pressure sales person that really answered all our questions and made us feel so very comfortable! We have bought a lot of vehicles over the years but this was by far the best service we ever have received...
