★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never go to this location again for a service. As expensive as it is to get your car serviced here, they should try and keep to their word when they reassure you that your car will be vacuumed and washed as well. I was shocked to see that this wasn’t done when I picked my car up yesterday. When I asked about it they said they were really busy and only do the front seats. I’ve been to other dealerships that do a way better job for much less $$. Its just really disappointing quality service and i feel really ripped off. Won’t ever be going back here.

From when I first spoke to Bobby on the phone, to the time we drove off the lot, everyone involved was very personable and kind. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The process was good and smooth and Bobby is a wonderful person to deal with. Their car price is competitive even during this whole craziness of used car market.
However, They did jack up their interest rates compared to other Audi dealers in the lower mainland so that’s their way to get a bit more money from consumers without having outrageous price tags on cars.
Overall it’s a great experience.
