work with while we had our trailer in for repair. He is knowledgeable and the quality of his work is exceptional. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our new trailer came with a one-way DC fridge and since we only do dry camping, even with upgraded battery and solar system, we constantly were charging the system with a generator.
After a few failed visits to different rv repair shops, we found Journey RV.
The replacement process of a dc fridge to a three-way fridge was a considerable amount of work. The new fridge was over 4" wider, gas line had to be added, the back had to be opened up to install vent for the fridge, power had to be run up to the fridge and the interior would need to be modified for the bigger fridge. I could not express my gratitude to shawn and the team at Journey RV.
Here is a small family business that take pride in what they do and sure make you feel like a family member that is in need of a hand.

They have done warranty work, regular maintenance and also check our roof every 6 months so our extended warranty is valid. Always a warm smile and super friendly! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a leak in the front of our trailer. Called Journeys RV to get it looked at. Jeannette was very friendly and helpful when I called to make an appointment to bring it in for repair and a brake/bearing service. When I bought it in, Shawn was there and was friendly and you can tell he loves his job. Walked through my problem and was given a fair estimate. During the repair, I received pictures of my trailer during the repair, what was wrong, where it was leaking, what he removed and pictures after it was done before the front cap went on. The work was fantastic and under estimate. My whole experience was smooth and worry free. I would recommend Journey RV to anyone that is looking for service or repair, and will be bringing my trailer back for service when the time comes! My girls thank you for fixing their camping home!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used Journey’s RV now three times. Their service is outstanding! I will continue to have all my RV servicing, repairs,etc. done there.....forever!! They are so polite and friendly. As well as some routine work I had done, Shawn also helped me with some extra work on my motor home, free of charge! He and his wife have made customer’s for life with us! This is great old fashioned customer service the way it used to be! I highly recommend them to anyone I know. You will not be disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had some work done on my TT - upgrade tongue jack, install topper for slide out, brake inspection and dewinterize. I absolutely recommend going here over the dealerships. You get top quality workmanship and no nonsense advice. Unless it was warranty work, I will never go back to the dealer again.

We have been coming here for all of our trailer needs for the past few years and have always received excellent service. The repair looks awesome and we are very happy. Last year we had a slide topper installed which worked out great. Shawn does an excellent job and always ensures he has time to answer any questions and to review all his work. Both Shawn and his wife are very helpful and go out of their way to ensure they customers are happy. Thanks for the great service!
