★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are 2 parts to this review. First while looking for a specific item, the bearded guy behind the counter had major attitude. This guy should not be in a position to work with the public period. Perhaps firing this person might be the best thing for him!
The second part of this review. Getting ready to leave the store, a gentleman asked if I need help. He was polite, courteous and helpful. Not that I want to date this man, he was a little older and understands customer service.
In this fragile economy, the last thing you need is an arrogant attitude with no customer service skills dealing with any of your clients. Lots of competition and other options available.
