★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyer Beware. Do your homework. I went with Cascade because the price was very competitive but it ended up costing me as much as a higher end tub.
Bought a Tub. The experience of purchasing I would give 5 stars as even assisted with delivery.
But buyer beware. After the tub was installed, walls up and tiling almost complete...we noticed a 8 inch crack along the lip of the tub.
Everyone I have talked to in these trades have said that area should never crack.
Everyone except the owner of Cascade. His response was I must of dropped a tile on the tub and it cracked. So according to him... it is my problem.
If that was the case, there should be a chip or something. But no chip or anything, just a massive 8" CRACK.
So according to the owner, they will sell tubs that cannot live up to daily life and not stand behind their products.
I have since removed the cracked tub that resulted in parts of the Reno needing to be redone to get to it (and a lot more expense on my behalf). A new tub was purchased from Acura Plumbing in Abbotsford and is now installed and looks and performs like a tub should.

I stood in the showroom with 2 sales people helping other people and they never acknowledged by my existence.I finally went to the office and asked for help the girl went and talked to a salesperson not in English. He didn't even look at or acknowledge me. This is after me telling the girl I spent 600 dollars there ilast last year. I left and said "thanks for your help" to the other sales guy. Still not acknowledged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever get your plumbing supplies from this store.
I had an experience where sahib Bhullar told me that the tub is $250 and at the end he charged me $500.
We went to the store to negotiate on the price and sahib Bhullar just went to the back and never came back, we asked the receptionist where he is and she’s like he’s not here.??
If there was a rating below 1 star that’s what I will give this store
Wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do your math before buying stuff from this store.
I went to the store and asked sahib Bhullar for the price of a shower and he said $250, I purchased 3 and a lot of other stuff from the store and it turns out the final bill was suppose to be around 7000 and he charged me around 13000.
When I went to the store he saw my vehicle and hid at the back and when we asked the receptionist that where is sahib and they lied and told me that he’s not in today and he was hiding at the back.
As I said do your math before going to this store.
My other salesman was Harpreet and he did the exact same thing with the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales manager Sahib never returned my call after he said call me back. He never reply my email and kept saying weird excuses. I ordered the toilet and he kept sayin it will get deliver tomorrow and tomorrow. So I went there and ask about him and the receptionist was one of the rudest one I ever met in retail shop. She kept saying 'I don't t know when he will be back.' or 'I can't give you the exact time line.' And when I asked her the invoice, she just wrote three toilet and the price, but I ordered two different toilet but she said all the toilets have same price. So I just rushed out there. I don't know how they stil manage to servive in this business. Don't go here it is just wasting your time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked this store to cancel my order as I no longer need it. They did not respond to my cancellation email and then after few days they phoned me that my order is ready. When I reiterated to them that I no longer needed my money, they did not refunded my money still because according to them it is a custom order. Although, they did not let me know about this refund policy before. If the customer did not get the product, you guys should refund the money to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience at Cascade . The young Sales associate was extremely helpful and thorough in providing assistance. I don’t anticipate doing anymore renovations anytime soon, but if I do I will definitely be back.
