Rona's shop is located in the center of Langley, and the traffic is very convenient. The employees in the store work very seriously. Ask them any questions, and they will answer them carefully, and they will show you what I need.

Wow! We had pretty much given up on our local Rona on Langley Bypass as sadly over the last couple of years we have found the customer service to be seriously lacking. Fast forward to today! The minute I walked in the store, I could sense a change. Stephen (a new manager I believe) assisted me and the customer service was top notch, extremely professional and helpful; it felt like a 'mom and pop' store of old times. In my opinion, Stephen is one of the BEST managers Rona has ever had. I will be shopping there frequently again! Thank you! Kat W Murrayville, Langley

Bought a light which they didn't have light bulbs for. Had to go to home depot. No one at rona to help us with lights. Cashier tried their best but not their area of expertise . Would not recommend. No staff to really help with much.

Was in here for some paint for a closet project on May 5. Stood at the paint counter for 10 minutes and got no help. Walked upto the cashier and she said some women should be there so she paged somebody. Waited another 5 minutes and nothing. Left the store and went to Home Depot. Bought my paint there as well as all my other supplies to finish my closet.

Not the best shopping experience. Ordered an outdoor wicker loveseat, waited for more than a month. Tried to get information on delivery, their IVR simply disconnected every single time. Went all the way to the store to learn it has not shipped yet and there is no specific date. Bought a similar product from another retailer the very same day.

EXTREMELY terrible experience. Came in with my dad to pick up an order that was made 3 days in advance. Told the person at the front our name/ invoice number & he disappeared without saying anything. Got told by another employee that he was searching for the item, so we stood at the front waiting for 20 minutes. Went to the back to see what was going on & NO ONE could locate our items. Horribly organized. There was about 15+ staff on the floor & not ONE other person was helping out or apologizing to us. At this point 40 minutes have gone by & the original employee was no where to be seen. An order made ahead of time should be ready to be picked up. Period. Terrible customer service.

Love the online order pick-up process. Received an email advising item ready for pickup. A barcode was included in the email, which I displayed off my mobile phone at the lockers near the exit in the store and a locker door swung open for me to access my item

Fantastic recent experience at Rona Langley. We bought some flooring that was not sticking properly. The store manager, Stephen, was awesome. Helped to rectify our problem quickly and efficiently. His customer service skills were above approach. Rona Langley is lucky to have him.
