He saw me, and a few minutes later he came back to see what I wanted. I was impressed that he came back. He was very friendly and professional. So, thank you for going the extra mile and coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complaint phoned and email sent regarding one of the worker’s attitude on Mar 17, 2022 8:47am at 4450 Hastings street location. No response from the company. The worker used the truck the block the intersection and rude attitude to other drivers when ask him to move his truck back a bit so everyone else can pass through. He is rude and telling other drivers that they have to back out as he has to drive out. If a worker has that kind of attitude and no management would call back or follow up, what kind of service would you think they can provide to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The driver of truck 230 is an absolute gem. He helped me lift 4 very heavy bags into my garbage bin. And I am not even a customer. His name is Ryan and if there were men like him around I wouldn't hurt my self trying to lift bags that are heavy.

We utilize their service for fencing around construction projects and their staff have done a great job at making sure things are wrapped up. They do a great job of communicating and are always willing to go the extra mile

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drivers consistently block the busiest bus stop during rush hour (for the 99 B-line outside of Shoppers Drug Mart on Commercial/Broadway). The bus comes so frequently, there is no clear window of time for the trucks to roll up all the way to the Shoppers to do their thing. Can they figure out how to stop their truck a few feet behind the section painted bright red for the bus lane? It’s not impossible. I’ve seen a few operators collect the 2 bins from Shoppers just fine without blocking it. It will never be done if nobody tells them.
