My contract was up, I tried contacting them for 3 months, nobody calls me back, they dont answer the phone, and dont email back. When they finally call you back, they tell you "sorry, we renewed your contract." Not to mention, my bin is always full and they skip pick ups. You renewed my contract? Without my consent? Not only would they lady not let me speak to a manger, she was rude, condesending and I could barely understand her. Now I have forwarded all my business to my attorney for this thing. DO NOT DO IT.

Terrible Company. Do not sign up with them based on promises that they will get you out of your current contracts and save you money because they cant. Once you sign up with them and realize that they could not get you out of your current contracts they will start billing you and threatening you with letters from "Recovery Enforcement Inc." asking for $2,800 for having done absolutely nothing. You have received no service from them and they will try and bully you into using them through threats

Just started using their business for our waste and cardboard removal, Keith Smith is the agent I've been working with and he's very helpful, responsive and insightful! We were able to get our bins extremely quickly and on time, I will have to post an updated review once services commence

Worst company we've ever used in Canada. It is a miracle if they pick up the garbage bags on their schedule, most of the time its delayed because of some reasons, and they charge the extra pick-up charges. They are always not communicating enough between the customer service team and the operation team. The customer service, Meghan always reply to us very fast but not gives us the correct information from the actual operation team so useless poor customer service.

They never came to get our strata garbage because of the snow and ice around our street… totally understandable, however we were not told there would be a missed service AND there was no make up service. Both Our neighbouring buildings use revolution. Both of their bins were emptied last week. So they literally skipped our building. I called customer service over 20 times over the last two weeks and left multiple messages. NO ONE called me back. When I finally spoke with someone… after calling non stop for 20mins and being hung up on twice I was transferred to Vicky the agent in charge of our building where I got her answering machine. She has still not called me back. Our bin hasn’t been emptied in over 3 weeks and tenants are just leaving piles of garbage outside their doors causing a rodent problem. Completely appalled by the lack of customer service and will be switching service providers. Will also be filing a complaint with the City and BBB. DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

This conpany used to be great and our company has done business with them for several years, with very timely service for those years. The past 3 months it has become absolutely awful. Our contract states that bins are to be emptied once a week. Several times now it's been far longer, and currently at 3 weeks of overflowing bins. We are forced to take out trash ourselves to the dump. I've left many voice messages (impossible to reach anyone) and sent several emails, with no answers or call backs. Absolutely terrible customer service, and breach of contract.

Customer service from the Account Manager, C.S., is very poor. No follow through with requests. We are trying to get a bin off the property and she does not appear to follow up with the removal people. The dates given have come and gone. When she was next contacted it was as though all previous conversations didn't happen and the process was beginning again. There doesn't seem to be any notes made about previous phone calls. Calling Customer Service keeps getting us pushed back to this same ineffective person. Basically, I've had enough. We are a large company with many, many contracts for many properties. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them and it is unlikely I'll sign another contract with them.

My restaurant has been using Revolution for 3 years now and their service is getting worse and worse. Our agreement sets that all bins are emptied twice per week and we're lucky if the bins are even emptied once per week. I have to contact customer service a few times per month because our bins are always overflowing. They rarely come and empty the bins on time. It's been over a week since they've came to empty the trash and our bins overflowed again. I called customer service again today and asked for my call to be forwarded to a manager and the line ended when the phone was ringing. I called back and told the customer representative about what happened and her response was "I can't control whether or not the manager answers the call." They told me twice that the bins will be emptied today and when I spoke to the customer representative, she told me they can't come today and will try again tomorrow. The bins have overflowed for 3 days now and they are STILL not coming. I don't recommend this company to any business at all. Their agreements are a scam and they are NOT upholding their service as per the agreement at all. When we were about to switch to another garbage disposal company, they came into my restaurant and promised better service. We signed it, thinking that they will improve and we've seen nothing but disappointment so far. I am livid with the quality of service this company provides.
