★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BUYER BEWARE!!! I love the look of the furniture, but unfortunately, the quality is severely lacking.
We purchased a bed 2 years ago and it is falling apart. The support beams are made of thin pieces of different woods all placed side by side. The brackets that are screwed into the beams have torn out and the wood has cracked. The wood slices do not provide any support and simply break. When I contacted Muse and Merchant, they only offered to fix it at a cost to me.
I will never purchase another item from this store. The quality is horrible and they do not stand behind their products.
