I didn't have an appointment (stopped in to make one) but they were still able to help me, and I didn't even wait long. Thanks for making this such an easy and positive experience!

He switched out my flat with my spare wheel. The flat happened when I got home last night. I was about to call BCAA, but it turned out I didn't have to wait at all! Now my day off from work isn't going to be so bad! Thank you Ivan, you are awesome!
