★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very appreciative of the help I received at the Salt Spring office of Westland Insurance. The group of ladies were very accommodating and very pleasant to talk too. I had a bit of a problem as I had brought a new vehicle into the province and the SGI insurance representative had not returned my NIVUS document to me after purchasing an “in-transit permit”. My agent at Westland was Juli Paul, she was very well versed in all areas of my insurance needs and was able to guide me through the requirements to complete my task. I would recommend Juli and her coworkers to anyone that is looking for competent and friendly service.

I felt like I was given all the relevant information to make my decision and has full confidence in The advice I was given. I would choose a phone renewal just to deal with Aaron in a heartbeat every time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just dealt with Westland insurance for the first time over the phone and it was amazing, quick and painless I have two kids in the house 2yrs so dealing with calls isn't always easy. My rep Aaron Cook-Sloat was kind fast and efficient and updated my policy to best fit my needs. 10/10 highly recommended.

He was thorough and understood my time constraints - and we completed the necessary transaction quickly and efficiently. In addition, he noted that I had another auto with soon expiring insurance and we completed this transaction as well. An excellent, phone and online experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just finished renewing my car insurance online with Erin Surinak. They were fabulous to deal with and very patient with me! I had left this to the last minute and so had to do this while at work. My emails were sporadic and short, but Erin was helpful and quick!

Whole process was quick and painless (which is great since I forgot it was time to renew and was down to the last day). Would highly recommend using Erin at Westland to anyone who was looking for a positive insurance renewal experience!

It's always a wonderful experience when someone understands your needs and she did a remarkable job today.
