Tellers will be working on things and not taking clients all the time, you can tell the clients in line you will be right with them, or maybe when you see a giant line you could accommodate better.
It’s never easy here, very frustrating ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an issue getting into my account with their horrible online banking which ended up in me getting locked out of my account. I called them and when i hung up I still couldn't get into my account so I called again and they wouldn't verify my identity over the phone which they just did 15 minutes prior to the original phone call. Horrible service and even worse online banking service.

October 2019, we were moving, and renovating our new downsized home in a strata complex. I was fortunate to work with Loni for all our needs. She took care of the canceling of our home policy, ensuring we had adequate coverage for our vacant home including insurance for the various trades working in the home, and explained how strata insurance worked and ensured we had all the coverage we needed.
Loni searched for best coverage with the best price and keep us updated throughout the process. Loni was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I was able to do this transaction from my home!
February 2020 - we are planning our trip, I quickly contacted Loni to get a quote for cancellation insurance, and she provided me with a quick response; all the details, and it was more affordable than the other quote I received. Once again, we purchased through Loni @ Envision.
