★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been trying to find a new place to get my nails done, for quite some time now. Everyone who works here is extremely kind and love what they do! So glad I came here! Not only is the customer service amazing but so are the technicians. I got a removal,new set and a pedicure. They were very fast and left me being very happy! I highly recommend Anna, I first found her Instagram. Lots of pictures, which gave me a good idea of how she works! Will definitely be coming back, thank you everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought I would try a new nail place as my nail tech retired. I just walked in & they were able to get me in right away despite looking busy minus some pedicure stations empty, but lots of clients getting a manicure. The lady took her time with my pedicure & I liked how they use the hot stones as most salons stopped using these during covid. This was the only place where I had to ask to use the massage chair as most nail techs turn it on for you in the beginning of the pedi, but I had to ask midway so thought that was strange. I then got my fake nails removed by another tech & felt like he was being pushy & was disappointed as I didn't want to get a fill. He filed my nails down so thin & didn't really care about how they looked like didn't really shape them & my nails were so painful after & brittle - so disappointing. Probably won't be back to this salon as there are a number of other salons to try out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love my nails! Made an appointment to have a removal and then have a new set put on. The atmosphere was nice, what you would expect from a nail salon. I expressed to the people who worked there that I was unhappy that my nails done at a previous place were not done well and were falling off, and that I was looking for a new place in Langley close to my new apartment. They removed the old nails and gave me a beautiful new set! I appreciated how the male tech kept asking me if I was happy w the shape and design. He spent a lot of time making them perfect. It ended up being expensive but I am so happy with how they turned out that it makes up for it, I’ll be back again for a fill soon. Thank you so much for the great experience and making this mama so happy :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love getting my nails done here! They do a good job and their customer service is super nice. They will always fit you in for an appointment. Their pedicures are also great and are priced really well. But the last time I came here I got a shellac polish removal and the lady was sort of rushing and I usually have quite strong nails and she filed them so much to the point where my nails are so thin I can’t open anything with out my nail bending or breaking off and is super painful. Even after the polish was removed she continued to file over and over again over my nails. My nails have red marks underneath where she almost filed fully through my nail and it’s super painful to even touch my nails. I feel bad writing a review but I’ve never had my nails filed so thin to the point of them hurting. I will continue going to this nail place as they do a good job but my last visit was disappointing.
