★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hair was cut by Nasrin and she was divine. I showed her a couple of pictures of a completely new hair style to me and she adapted it to my hair and face shape perfectly. I also felt absolutely reborn as she gave me and healthy beautiful cut… it was much needed! I can air dry my hair and it waves perfectly, and when styled I feel beautiful. Nasrin was so kind and friendly. I will definitely go back to her next time. Thank you beautiful Nasrin!

manager call me she was really sorry for what had happened with my massage, appointment she ask me to give them the opportunity to make things right with the Royal massage that I had book for my birthday. I had my massage today and it was amazing definitely will go again and as they promise they treat me well till the end and took care of everything. Thank you Amy

The ambiance is relaxing and welcoming, staff are warm & friendly and the special touches of coffees, teas and even a glass of wine with our treatments put the experience over the top!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience today with James. He was careful of sore spots, often asked how the pressure was, and was very helpful in giving tips for further healing. 100% would book with him again in the future! Also the steam room and lounge were very comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such an amazing experience here today! Front staff is super kind and told me everything I need to know! My RMT today was Patricia and it was her first day as a licensee!! She was the most wonderful woman ever and really taught me about muscles and how heat helps and all that jazz. Highly recommend!!! PS you get wine too!!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful visit today. My RMT’s name was Pamela and I highly recommend. I had the signature massage and it was so relaxing. Checked all the boxes. Pamela was gentle yet firm, perfect balance. I found every employee I spoke with kind and welcoming. 5 stars all around. And the glass of wine and wafer treat at the end was very nice touch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for a soothing massage and steam bath after a very long flight. It's pleasant with friendly staff and soothing music piped throughout. You are taken through to the spa area by a guide that shows you around and takes you to the change areas. After that you go to the lounge and have a drink of water, tea, coffee whatever. Then you therapist calls you for your treatment. The massage I had was terrific and while I was offered my choice of wine or juice in the lounge later, I chose the juice. Afterwards you steam and change at your leisure. I like this place but it's expensive. Its starting to look a little tatty around the edges with their Romanesque decor and despite paying handsomely for the experience, you cant help but get the feeling from some of the staff that they are doing you a tremendous favour by seeing you at all. Moving from unctuous to obnoxious. I'll leave it at that.
