Obviously there is some pain involved, as lasers are being shot onto your skin after all..but bearable and not as bad on certain thicker skinned areas. Jaime was great lasering me today. She didn't destroy the planet Alderaan and did a great job, while being very professional and fun. Also had a great laugh, but you may not hear it depending on whether you're funny or not, so work on your material the night before.

My grandma had passed away and I wanted to help out my family as much as possible. When I called back in the next day (day after grandma had passed) the girl on the phone said my contract expired two days before and that I was no longer valid for a refund without proof that my grandma had passed, or a doctor's note. I was absolutely devastated and already grieving, and Ideal Image did nothing to assist. They still have my money and I have no idea what I'm going to do there as I have no interest in supporting this scam. All I wanted was a refund, I was assured I would get one, and then told "sorry we can't do anything because your contract expired two days ago". Ridiculous! Boycott Ideal Image. #boycottIdealImage

The nurses I dealt with during my treatments with were great but the people at the front desk may as well be robots. I purchased a package for my underarms and when I got pregnant I stopped under their recommendations.. Well funny thing apparently hidden in the contract is an expiration date! So me being pregnant and giving birth put me past that expiry date I was never verbally warned about. You would think they would have told me or put my account on hold but no, now I have to pay $50 per treatment if I want to continue. THIS IS A SCAM.
A	Audrie Amore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very kind…. But I’ve had 11 treatments (used my full lifetime contract) and my hair is not gone at all. I spent just over 2300$ For what? If it at least reduced to half I would be somewhat understandable but I truly still have full hair. You take money off of peoples insecurities and do nothing to resolve them or make it right. 2300 was difficult for me to come up with. I’ve never felt such sadness than to know I just paid a billion dollar company to do nothing for me. I have not stopped crying at the loss of my money for nothing. I have escalated to the manager but they said they can’t do anything about it.

Quite honestly, if Natasha was not with your company I would have likely looked around and possibly gone somewhere else. I really like that Natasha is still with your company, this is the professional consistency I look for. Thank you, Sonja
R	Robyn Hofmarks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be sure to read the fine print of your contract details before payment. I paid almost $5,000 for bikini, underarm, and face and that was after their deal. What you pay for is actually a limited number of sessions for a limited period of time. The treatments did not work as advertised on my face and am now stuck paying $100 for each session to finish the few stubborn hairs. They reel you in by advertising their services result in permanent hair removal so you think by paying that much money that you'll be satisfied. They don't seem to be aiming for customer satisfaction, they're just managing to the contract. I was half way through treatments before a technician offered a double pass. I didn't even know they could do this. If I knew this was an option from the beginning perhaps I wouldn't be stuck paying extra now. Recommend potential customers do your due diligence and shop around to look for companies that are focused on keeping their customers satisfied. Ideal Image would already have their 5 star google rating if that was their focus. Just seems petty to be nickel and diming customers after they already paid a small fortune.

I recently went in for a touch up and the staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable when I inquired about other procedures. The nurse was thorough and made me feel comfortable with conversation which is nice when you are vulnerable half naked on the table with a stranger!
