★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a full body massage for my sister and she loved it, said it was quite relaxing! Also, they sell a bunch of cute scrunchies and other products in store, lots to choose from. The staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the same experience as it used to be. Especially for the massage & queen b package. I have attended Bliss for a few years and even referred colleague's and family. I emailed to inquire if they had made changes to their package or the application etc and to let them know it was not a good experience this time around and didn't even get a response back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm giving 2 stars for the recent troubles I've had. I have been here before and had great service. My complaint is for management. I recently bought $300 on their website for the mothers day special. I never recived an email conformation and yes I checked my spam mail. I have called a couple of times and sent an email for management to contact me to confirm the purchase. Its been almost a month. I have been very patient on this matter. But I'm now fed up of waiting this long with no one bothering to contact me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately my experience at Bliss Day Spa was not the greatest. I had been there once before for a waxing service over a year ago and that experience was phenomenal, unlike today's. I replied to the confirmation email at 12:49pm confirming I would be there for me appointment. I arrived at 7:08pm (my appointment was scheduled for 7:15pm), the door was locked, open sign was visible, and I called twice to notify staff I was onsite for my appointment. I waited for ten minutes outside but no one replied to my call, attended the door, and there was no note on the door notifying any instructions on how to get staff's attention. I went back to my car to wait for another twenty minutes before going back to the door, and noticed the 'open' sign was changed to 'closed.' I continuously knocked, and waited until I saw staff, and she arrived to the door stating I was late. I showed her the call logs to the spa and the emails I had sent and she invited me in to figure out what is going on with the phone... I asked if I can receive the service as it was only 7:40pm and the spa closes at 8pm and she declined stated she had already cleaned up as "I was a no-show." She suggested I come back for another appointment where I'd receive a discount but I needed the service completed tonight rather than later. Unfortunately, I walked away feeling let down, frustrated, and like the staff did not make efforts to resolve the issue. Anyways - I understand miscommunication happens etc., but in this case, I followed all the instructions so me missing my appointment was out of my hands and I believe the service still could have been done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first “real” spa experience as I get my nails and pedicures done regularly. Was highly impressed by the staff and the skin products are amazing. I had my first facial done here and the aesthetician was so lovely. I had tons of questions which she answered without hesitation or doubt. The products speak for themselves, my skin already looks amazing and I also got my eyebrows waxed to perfection. The prices are super reasonable for someone that is looking for monthly packages of high end products and being able to afford them without paying an exorbitant amount to get a lovely experience. 10/10 will continue to come to this beautiful little spa as I felt welcomed and cared for the way I needed to be. They offered me deals on my services and pre booking discounts for further services. Without a doubt if your looking for high end products and service for a practical price, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!! it’s a little gem. So glad to feel comfortable and welcome especially with my anxiety levels… these people are too notch. it’s also super cute. Loved my experience. Thank you ladies so much xoxo !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son gifted me a combo facial and full body massage. I felt so nice and refreshed! It’s a bit tricky as their location is in a corner of the building right beside the tuxedo store. The ladies there are kind, courteous & professional! I enjoyed it so much I too bought a gift certificate for my husband to treat him too! Everyone deserves a massage!

The staff are wonderful, the facility is very clean and calming, the products are well-made, and the price of the services was expectational! I was able to get a facial, a manicure, a 30-min massage for myself and a spa pedicure and massage for my husband for less than $200 total. It was an amazing day! They often have great deals and promotions so keep an eye out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here twice for a massage and pedicure and both times I have enjoyed my treatment. The staff is very friendly and they took the time to listen and understand which body parts I wanted to focus on for my massage. Some things they could change is maybe have the massage bed heated as it was a little cold. I have also sent my mother in law in for a facial as a Christmas gift and she loved it but when she came home there was still bits of the dried mask on the sides of the face and her hairline near her forehead. For the future staff might want to double check to make sure the client's entire face is wiped clean. Overall a great place to come and treat yourself at reasonable prices.
