★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a business owner it's nice to pop into this staples location. Their customer service is fantastic, the staff is friendly and very helpful. I love how their reloadable cards allow me to pay fast when I'm in a hurry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for printing. However, you have to print one document at time when printing from kiosks. They messed up my colour photocopying order once (laminated the original instead of making copies.) Staff in computer area were not hat helpful when I was checking a computer. I bought from Bestbuy as they were very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staples is what it is nowadays. Its prices are not that competitive, and its sales are okay, at best, but I do like its clearance section, because sometimes one can find the strangest things on clearance. That said, I do like its laid out now, which is the same for every store, because it feels very clean.
The staff are nice and helpful though, and that is probably what keeps it in business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staples is one of the few places left in GVRD still accept empty cartridges. Thank you for providing the recycling service. It has been a while since I last visited the store. Most of my shopping is done online these days. The store still has the same well-lighted, spacious sales floor as I have remembered. It is still a good place to shop for office electronics and furniture. Lots of parking available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service in the print area from sales associate Hannah. First over the phone when I called in with a question about my order… longer than normal wait time, for which Hannah offered a heartfelt apology. I then realized I’d made a mistake on my online order so I went to the store in person. As luck would have it, I was assisted by the same friendly associate. Hannah was professional, helpful and genuinely concerned with getting me the best product for the best price possible. Huge thanks for the outstanding service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big box store as advertised. Good place to buy office supplies and equipment. But disappointed in this particular store. Over 3 months later and my application for business account has not been processed yet. I have filled out the simple application 3 times already and still nothing. And even worse is that they have a couple of employees that cannot help with simple inquiries. More for lack of care and effort than knowledge. Made me feel like I was talking to a robot. I do not recommend this place for business owners if you want a pleasant experience with employees that care. There's another Staples nearby with better customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neat and clean place for stationary, office furniture and electronics shopping. Easy access to printers and scanning devices. Place was well maintained and there was proper designated parking for staples customers. Staff was helpful. I am deducting 1 star because of bad condition of washrooms. Same was not clean otherwise everything was great.
