★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dude who works there is weird af… I’m gonna assume it’s the manager. I went there once when they first opened because I was working at the mall and just needed one thing. The manager started joking about how I “should go home” which I thought was really weird and unprofessional. Then I go in another time to ask a simple question, I didn’t even get greeted or anything, he was just on the phone talking away with someone. They put in no effort and I called later on to speak to a manager. They said he was busy and would call me back, but I told them I didn’t want a call back. They called me a few minutes later despite not me saying I didn’t want a call back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few weeks ago I went into this location to look at posssibly buy a new MacBook Air, within moments the young salesman who was really not all that helpful really set off alarm bells in my head that he wasn’t interested in assisting me. Could it be my appearance? Or the fact I was fresh off my work day and wasn’t all that fresh? Who knows but he and the other sales staff didn’t want to reallly help. An email has gone unanswered to this terrible customer service. Needless to say I’m quite unimpressed with this company that somehow prides itself on customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my MacBook Air to Simply on Friday morning, unfortunately the conclusion was a major repair which left me with the best option being to fully replace it. Georgina, the technician (didn’t catch his name), and Stefan provided some of the best customer experience I’ve received in a long time. They were empathetic to my situation and were able to transfer all of my data over to my new laptop before end of day on Sunday. Thank you for your excellent communication, honesty, and your sincere ability to go above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to anyone having issues with devices as not only do they do a great job of solving the problem, but they also remember to treat each customer as an individual with feelings no matter how big or small the problem may be.

Simply computing went above and beyond to repair the issue in a timely manner, even though it was past the warranty date. Thank you! Most box & office supply stores don’t know enough to help with issues. After 30 years of Apple, I still need some form of help or after market warranty such as Simply Care. Stefan is fantastic. being 30+ years with them. His staff are all well trained. And Steve Uppal STILL supports network/server/security and cloud requirements. NO ONE else spans this long a record of device/support which, for the most part is EXCELLENT. and They stock product. NEW and 2nd owner Mac’s. They have stores in most cities in Western Canada and I am glad to be able to go to get support & warranty in Langley, Vancouver & Calgary.
