Despite the store being busy and her being by herself she still made sure every customer recived the individual attention they needed and she ensured that I had chosen the best products for my needs, double checked that they would care for me in ways I didnt even know they could and asked questions to deliver the best possible service. Thank you!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. I came to the store on July 17 2020 during the afternoon. The lady who was working ignored me and was too busy talking to her friend at the cash desk and was very unprofessional and careless towards providing proper customer service. As someone who also works in management i am not happy with my experience. To whoever manages this store please train your staff properly and learn to put your customers first when you are on duty.

As I was looking, I couldn't help but overhear a conversation one of the employees was having with a customer (they were speaking very loudly). They were both going on about how international students are "taking over" and how they felt discriminated against, assuming because they feel like the minority. The discourse I witnessed was enough to turn me away as a customer. Extremely unprofessional.
