★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is long over due..some time ago I had a problem with my phone..wont go ito detail..but after many people failed to fix it, I went to Koodo..Alyshia fixed it in 10 min. Thank you Alyshia for your excellent service and for fixing my phone. (hope I spelled your name right)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently came here to upgrade my phone that I've had for almost 2 years and the staff here were really friendly, especially Cal who assisted me with it. He really took the time and explained it all on how to transfer my contacts from my old phone to my new phone. He really went beyond my expectations and I haven't had such great customer service when it came to a cellphone company in a long time! Definitely recommend him, and to anyone who's with Koodo for a carrier!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called over 15 times today and not one time did anyone pick up the phone to acknowledge any life form actually exists there. Ironic that a mobile provider won't pick up the phone. F for service. clearly not what I will switch to from my current provider Bell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible Service! Today I went Koodo around 3:00PM and there was a teenager girl working alone. I was at the waiting spot and she didn't notice me because she was looking at her phone. Also I asked for my acoount# , she wrote it on post-it and threw it on the table...and I don't know if it's true that she can't help but my mom wanted to change plan but she declined service with saying my mom has to do it online. Just wanted to let the manager know about what's going on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koodo is the WORST PHONE COMPANY EVER!! Never ever go with koodo. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE from there customer service representatives. Moreover, they keep charging you higher and higher on the monthly bills. They are charging me $2000 for 1 month phone bill (just the monthly bill, no device included). I don’t have any bad experiences with this location but have really bad experience with Koodo phone company. I cannot give a review for the company on any other platform or website, therefore, unfortunately had to leave a google review for their stores.
PLEASE PLEASE!! Never ever go with Koodo. Complete wastage of money and time!! Very rude staff who are working as Koodo customer service agents! I would suggest getting a plan with VIRGIN INSTEAD OF KOODO!!
