I had the worse experience with the Manager Rahul today. He was straight up rude. First of all he gave my sister a hard time returning a phone ( they have a 14 day return policy) she returned it within a few days of purchase because She was getting no reception with the provider. I went in to return the rest of the stuff for her ( phone case) as it was mailed out. My niece went in a few times before that to return and the staff refused because they said they needed the managers authorization and he was not available 3 times she tried to go in to return. I finally decided to step in an see the manager in order to return the case and he said it was past the 14 days policy. I explained to him we waited for the case to arrive and by the time it did we came in and he wasn’t available. To my face he said he didn’t want to return because he didn’t like the way I was talking to him. Got him to call his DM which he did and his DM told him he needed to return. He also accused us for not returning the screen protector which was NEVER mailed in to us!!! So so rude. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and this is no way to treat a customer. I will take this matter further with headoffice as this guy needs to give his head a shake. I also need to add, that one of his employees Micheal has my complete respect. While Rahul was on the phone with DM, Micheal approached and apologized many times as he knew this is no way to treat a customer. Rahul also refused answering any more questions I had and told Micheal to finish off with me which was also super rude.

I had an exceptional experience with Zakaria. Not only did he give me a better deal than I thought possible, he explained everything very well to me, my different plan options, the technical and useful differences between the different phones, and even set everything up and transferred my data for me. He is very professional and I highly recommend him.

Helpful courteous staff, but not great on the details. I had issues with my phone number not getting ported (typo in number) and then the email address which I provided and confirmed was incorrect. I was in twice to fix it but ended up straightening it out with carrier instead. It would be wise to double check all personal information with the customer before finalizing the data entry. Check your paper work carefully before leaving. It would have been 5 stars if they got the details right.

I have come in multiple times to this location. I find the mobilists ( as they're called) very knowledgeable. I've dealt with various mobilists over the last couple of years but none has been as knowledgeable, helpful and friendly to my budget as Rahul. I recommend Rahul to anyone - he'll always work out the best, cheapest and most 'perkful' (i.e. full of perks, bonuses and such like) deal possible for you. Rahul is your go to guy.

Absolutely 5 stars! Went over yesterday to switch providers for 2 phones. Went home to change out SIM cards and one worked but the other didn't. Shop opens at 10:00 AM so I went back this morning hoping that a rep would arrive early because I had a phone appointment with my doctor for 10:30. Rahul arrived early and was happy to help me. Turned out my phone was locked (old) and he volunteered to help getting it unlocked. He spent approx. 15 minutes, got it done, verified that it worked, handed it to me with a smile and I walked out at 10:05 knowing I could now take the call from my doc. Thank you, Rahul.

I was at two other Mobile shops associated with Superstore - Grandview Corners and Richmond - to ask about getting the Google Pixel 5. Both shops said the product was sold out in Canada. At the Langley store lo and behold they found one in Ottawa which was shipped by FedEx. It took almost 2 weeks since it was stuck at the Mississaugua FedEx hub for 11 days. Just remember it's not the fault of either Harkirat, Rahul or Satnam. They gave excellent service, provided me with the FedEx transit number so I could follow up and didn't need to bug them. It was a delivery issue out of their control. Now comes the juicy bit - I got an amazing Black Friday deal! $20 monthly tab for 24 months for the phone (so $480 over 2 years), $10 OFF the regular 45 dollar plan with Koodo for 24 months = $35 - Canada wide unlimited long distance and 4 gigs of data which is enough for me AND 1000 minutes long distance to several European countries AND 150,000 Optimum points which is equivalent to $150 or more if you shop right (ie Shoppers offering "use 60,000 points and get an additional $15" = $75 deals which are infrequently offered by the store.

Very Happy with the extreme customer service given to us by Rahul. He is very knowledgeable and took very good care of us. I will not shop anywhere else for a phone. They have all the best prices and in my opinion when you receive added PC points that makes them extremely competitive. We used the extra points right away getting screen protectors and cases which they have a great selection of higher-end products. Thanks again Rahul!

We signed up for Freedom through this shop and got the $50 monthly plan. However we’ve been charged $72 every month and it’s been 6 month now that they haven’t returned the money back nor fixed the issue. We’ve visited the shop every month and called them like 3 times now but nothing has been done by the back office or the store staff. We asked to speak to the managers but they won’t even let us speak to the managers telling us they are off now, or they have been working on the issue. But they will make sure to take our money every month. They’ve been telling us the money will be returned the next billing cycle and then another $72. When are you guys going to give us our money back? How difficult is it to fix the cellphone plan? I just can’t believe it’s taking them 6 months to fix the plan issue and it’s on going. I would never sign up with this store anymore in the future. Which is unfortunate because I really had a great experience with the Guildford store 3 years ago.
