★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my cartilage pierced by Brianna and I think her name was Daisy. They were the sweetest girls!! I explained I get dizzy easily so they made sure I was comfortable and they even gave me a lollipop. They talked me through it. I highly recommend coming here for piercings❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for my nose piercing 2x, the first time they RUINED IT. So I had to go back for the SECOND TIME! They didn't offer a refund or a free piercing.. even though they didn't pierce my nose right the first time or used a needle instead using a gun. I paid in full the SECOND TIME.. & the gun got stuck in my nose. Instead of properly caring for my nose, they cared for their own gun instead.. -- they ripped the gun from my nose!!, which was extremely painful** & I ended up with swelling because of them. To this day everytime I change my nose ring, it bleeds

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just got my baby's ear piercing done today. The employees wiped down the instruments and table down before I sat down with my baby. Everyone was wearing masks in the store. Natasha explained what was going to happen and how to hold the baby very throughly. She has a very caring side of her that I appreciated, as I was a scared mom. Prices are reasonable. Would highly recommend to get your little ones ears piercing done here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment to pierce my nose at the Merle Norman Langley location which is at the Willowbrook Mall. From start to finish the process was smooth and easy. The Estheticians are all friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful; especially Brianna. I had a choice between three nose bones and chose the white gold one which is dainty and lovely. The piercing was quick and painless. I have other piercings and know the importance of following the after care instructions, so I cleaned the piercing at least 3x a day during the healing process. After 2 weeks when the piercing wasn’t tender, I changed out the piercing stud into the nose bone with ease. I highly recommend Merle Norman for ear and nose piercings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there today for my baby’s ear piercing, and I loved the experience. They were so nice and gentle to my baby, and it was super quick. The best thing is that they do it in both ears at the same time (which is way better when you are a super scared mom).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am astonished at the employees at this location i got my nose pierced here and they did it with a gun, which is not allowed but i didn't know any better. they gave me a second stud and told me to change it after 1 week, my hole completely grew over and I had to go to an actual body piercer to get it re-pierced, the body piercer who has been piercing for 17 years told me that he has several clients that come to him with issues from Merle Norman, and i am one of many. I also had my cartilage done from Merle Norman and they told me I could change it to hoops after 2 months, so that is what i did, but i couldn't get the backings off so i got them to do it, but the women who did it gave me completely different information she said that i am supposed to wait 8-9 months, at this point i was getting super angry because they can't even get their information straight. Moral of the story please go to an actual body piercer for any piercings, my ear may never heal. Piercings should be done with a real needle, Merle Norman can call it whatever they want but it's not a needle. You guys really should quit doing cartilage/nose piercings, especially when body piercers around langley know you guys and not for good reasons.
