Review is just coming from the perspective of a non-makeup user. Really hard to get help to find what I needed. They seem to be really good with customers who are a little more savvy than me.

I had a terrible experience at this location in Langly I was going to buy a moistrizer for my daughter and I picked one. I noticed that there was Estee Lauder firming cream next to it which I really wanted to buy for myself. There was only one on display , which it was almost ripped off plastic packaging. I was hesitant to buy it at first because it didn't look good with ripped off plastic packaging. That is the only one that looked ugly like that on that shelves. No products were being plasitc packaged, just proper good looking paper boxes . However those are not the products I was looking for. So I decided to buy the ripped one and I just removed the rest of the plastic on the bottom because I didn't like this hanging , danggling ripped plastic on this product. At that moment one of the staffs came and talked to me very rude She asked me why I removed the plastic . I explained that I was going to buy that one and it was already ripped off She continued to yell at me treating me like I was getting caught from stealing or damaging their products or something in front of other customers. She was super rude I ever met. She was not doing her job properly Also the ripped plastic one? They were being very lazy not taking care of their products on display and blaming the innocent customer for stealing or damaging that. I changed my mind. I ended up not buying that. only the one for my daugher. I will never return to this location ever again

Mediocre sephora. two stars because they’re one of the only locations I have bad multiple bad pick up experiences at. They take hours to complete a pick up order when the app says it usually takes 2 hrs and the other stores in the lower mainland are very quick, they’re also always cancelled hours later so I don’t reccomend online ordering to this location

Didn’t look high end enough to be treated nicely I guess? I got followed around but when I asked for help, the lady with long dark hair couldn’t get away fast enough.

Good customer service. Very helpful,friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have a very sensitive skin and they always help me find the right product that suits my skin.

My daughter and I visited today. Our skin care expert was Tristan and he was so knowledgeable. It made our experience today above and beyond . We will be going to ask advice from him for all our skin care needs . Highly recommend

I had such an uncomfortable experience at this Sephora location. I came into the store wanting a moisturizer and a employee insisted that they’ll have someone help me find the best moisturizer product, so I agreed. This employee had a preconceived notion that I couldn’t afford higher end products not once did she ask me common questions to understand my skin type to recommend a product; without asking me any type of question to understand my skin type she recommended The Inkey List and the Ordinary because they were lower end products starting at $13 for moisturizers. This employee kept emphasizing pricing even though I never brought up pricing as an area of concern. I felt beyond embarrassed having the employee stereotype me based off of my race or age. Which is a huge area of concern since employees are not suppose to be racist or ageist towards their customers especially in customer service. I then told the employee pricing isn’t a issue of concern in which she then recommended some higher end products but I do believe she was very reluctant in doing so. When it came to product knowledge the employee assisting me lacked, she wasn’t able to answer any of my questions in which I needed answered so I could pick the correct product for my skin type so her assistance became such a nuisance since the employee wasn’t helpful at all. As a consumer walking into the store I had more product knowledge than the employee who was suppose to help me find the best product. I honestly wish I declined assistance when I walked into the store when it was recommended by the staff.
