I’ve been doing my own hair for a few years now and I always go to this location to get all the supplies I need to dye and/or bleach my own hair. The staff are knowledgeable and their recommendations and advice have always been super helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the worst expirience I have ever had with sallys. I am a profesional licensed cosmetologist. The spanish lady that was there on 6/30/21 at around 6 pm kept following me as if i were a thief . I couldn't purchase anything because this woman was racially profiling me. This place made me feel targetted . Never had this happened to me at any sallys . First and last time i will ever be in that store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amanda at this location is an absolute gem!! This girl went above and beyond for me today to find a product to match what I was looking for! Not only did she call other locations, but she then put together a bag of products that were similar for me to pick up and try!! I've never experienced customer service quite like this, and over the phone too!! Amanda you rock you amazing human!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was instantly helped by a super helpful and friendly saleswoman. She walked me through the steps and helped me pick out what I needed. I'm super grateful! What a good experience. Some of their stock was a little low, but that's no fault of theirs. We all know how shipping has been the last 2 years. They had everything I personally needed in stock!

The staff are always friendly and approachable, available to answer questions, ask if I need assistance and provide their recommendations which is greatly appreciated. I love their selection and variety of Ion products! I have had nothing but top notch service and received quality products when I visit Sally Beauty’s Langley location.
