She doesn't know how to communicate with the customers and I'm surprised that even after so many complains she is still working there. I will never ever go to this pharmacy againjust because of this pathetic person. Highly disappointed

Multiple times they have forgotten to fill my prescription and treated it as no big deal. Even on the phone staff is rude and not willing to answer questions. For something that can be as sensitive as medication I would not recommend this Pharmacy.

I have called in to ask them to call my doctor for prescriptions and usually I get them same day if needed. They try their best. The rest of the store and staff is great too. Lots of bargains

One pharmacist is wonderful and helpful, the next one cuts you off while you speak. Cashier is not usually at the till and you have to ring a bell and wait for them as they come from somewhere else. Seems like they need more staff and to shed some of the staff that are rude.
K	Kelsey Langille on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually get great customer service at this pharmacy. But whichever pharmacist was working March 25th, 2022 at 12pm was unbelievably rude on the phone. I had a couple questions about one of the many medications I need to take for a serious kidney infection. She answered my first question quickly and then hung up the phone without an opportunity to answer my second question. I’ll call back when another pharmacist is on shift because this is really important information I need to get.
J	Jack Colt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joy (the pharmacist) refuses to talk to me about a antihistamine product for my 2 year old child let alone ring me up with a pharmaceutical product at the pharmacy counter…. She was rude dismissive and obtuse. She wouldn’t even look at me. She told me to ring the bell at the front register for service. Tell ya what Joy; If I have a question about a food product from shoppers drug mart that would be great idea… Lots of pharmacies close to here I’d recommend going to one of them. I know I will. Edit: I read the last 15 reviews and 9 of them are 1 start because of this attitude to customers.

Whoever is answering the phones is quite rude and doesn't seem to really care about any questions a person might have. I called to ask about a prescription that was supposed to be faxed in and without asking for my name or where the prescription was coming from, the pharmacist told me sharply it hadn't arrived then hung up. There was no chance for me to add when it would have been sent to them or even give them my name. The pharmacist really seemed to have no interest in trying to help so I have no interest in putting my medical needs in their hands.
